Reserving a private transfer to the port in advance will allow you to relax and enjoy your vacation until the end! We can pick you up at your accommodation only if located in the city center, within the aurelian walls. Our vehicles are equipped with all the highest safety standards and all comforts: air conditioning, Wi-Fi on board, bottled water and and English speaking driver. Our fleet of vehicles is made up of sedan cars (BMW, Mercedes etc) and minivans (Mercedes V-class, Renault Trafic and Opel Vivaro).

I will recommend this service 100%. They leave you at the door of the cruise. He come 15 minutes early to pick up us at the hotel, thing that I appreciate so much. He loaded and on loaded the car by himself. Very professional and courteous.

Getting to our cruise ship at Civitavecchia

The driver was right on time and in a very comfortable car. The drive was so interesting and in such visually beautiful areas. The best part was unlike many of the other transport companies. They were dropped off at the port entrance and had to walk blocks of distance lugging luggage. Instead we were carried right to Norwegian's entry station and checked in and we're on our boat in 20 minutes total. Then we started reading horror stories from folks using the trains and taxis. It was SO WORTH WHAT WE PAID!!!

Our driver was to take us from hotel to the port to get on a ship. He went out of his way to take us around the entire coliseum so we could video it from all sides. He also loves to cook and shared many recipes with us. Thank you Luca for a fabulous trip.

This service was excellent. Our driver arrived slightly early which was fine, loaded up all of our bags and off we went to board our cruise ship. It was so nice to be dropped off right where we needed to board the ship which meant minimal luggage handling for us. Our driver was very efficient and kind.

First Class cruise port transfer

Absolutely first class transportation to the cruise port at Civitavecchia! Paola was so helpful and flexible in our scheduling and kept in touch every step of the way. Our driver Alessandro was very friendly and helpful to accommodate 7 passengers and luggage in the very nicely equipped Mercedes van. We had a smooth ride and Alessandro gave us details about the area and sights on our journey. I definitely recommend taking this trip to the cruise port when in Rome

We had a wonderful vacation in Italy but had an issue with being assigned the wrong driver by the hotel staff......had to pay again to get to the port in Rome.....and the Viator rep that we talked to was rude and absolutely not the least bit helpful.....please don't try to say that we no-showed.....When the error was discovered the hotel found another passenger for the Viator driver to the same destination.
