You should to be fit enough to go up and down steps without assistance, in order to climb onto and off the Segway quickly and independently
Participants must be between 45 and 113 kilograms in weight and are required to sign a disclaimer before setting out on the tour
Most travelers can participate
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 1 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Ahmed was a fantastic tour guide. We saw so many things in our 3 hours that we would have never seen from the bus. I was a little nervous because of the crowds but he had us going around most of the busy areas. I would highly recommend this tour for all ages. We both are in our mid 60s and loved it

Best Segway...ever

Present for my husband who, at 71 years of age, isn't the most obvious of Segway riders, but he loves it and has rode them numerous times all over the world. He rates this experience as one of the best. Turned to be a private Tour, the guide was excellent, the best. Not only ensuring my husband was safe, but was extremely considerate to pedestrians and vehicles. He also had a great knowledge of the history of all the sites of Rome the visited. In the 3 hours, they covered most historical sites in the city. Finishing with the guide buying my husband a coffee. My only regret is I didn't go too. Great experience, well worth the money.

Doing this tour on day 1 was a great way to get oriented to Rome. Riding a Segway is fun and easy. Unfortunately, the guide was focused on complaining about the horse & buggy drivers, the myths and folklore associated with each site and gave us very little facts. Also, a 3-hour tour from 10:30-1:30 with no potty breaks was a bit much. And he generally just complained too much.

Armed, super fun, knows a lot, and is known by everyone on the way, super attentive to safety. I recommend doing it on the first day in Rome, so you know all the points and can come back later with more time to appreciate each one.

Ahmed was a wonderful guide. Some of us were first timers on the Segway. Ahmed took the time to train us and allowed us to practice around the piazza beforehand. He made sure we were safe throughout the entire tour. Enjoyed seeing numerous city sights via Segway. Saved us a lot of time!

Seeing Rome by Segway was amazing! Ahmed was such a great tour guide and a very good teacher on the segways. We saw some amazing sites and ducked and weaved through the back streets of Rome that you will never see on a bus or public transport. This is the BEST way to see Rome. We absolutely loved it and thanks to Ahmed he made it so enjoyable!
