What a wonderful tour to catch the overall sites of Rome. Our guide Alvin was fantastic with our 10 year old, making him his assistant, and making sure he was always right behind him. The tour was informative and kept both our kids entertained while learning all the rich history of Rome. I was afraid of the possible strain of the ride for my family, but the bikes were extremely easy to ride. It’s not a strenuous ride by any means so don’t be concerned with difficulty. In fact, we were able to cover a lot of Rome within a short time. It would have been more strenuous to walk it.

Fantastic! The guide was so knowledgable and had lots of interesting information for us. We saw lots of sights and things we wouldn’t have seen without a guide. The bikes were very comfortable and it was not a strenuous activity at all!

Cycling Rome

We have done many Fat Tire bike tours (Paris, Savannah, etc) and this was just as good! We are a family with three young teens. We got headsets and fitted to bikes and were off on the bumpy narrow streets of Rome. Our guide, Lorena, was lovely and full of great information. I would recommend doing this early on in your trip to get the most out of seeing new sites.

Def a highlight of our stay in Rome! Elena was amazing with our 9yr old son who isn’t the best bike rider yet. He tried his best, but Rome can be intimidating on bike. Mauricio was fantastic as well! Overall a great experience!

This was a perfect high level overview of Rome, especially if you have tired feet from exploring other cities before arriving! Daniele was an excellent guide and very aware of keeping the group together and safe in high traffic areas. He also said we had brand new bikes that were very comfortable and easy to ride.

An okay bike tour

I think it would have been better with less people. It was sometimes hard to keep up with the guide when riding through crowded areas. Sometimes difficult to hear him too.

Our guide Marcello took us to several points of interest and was very knowledgeable of them all. He took us on the safest routes because traffic in Rome is quite chaotic. All in all a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely go with this company again.
