Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced during your tour on Good Friday, but as we mention in our tour description the hour and access to particular part of the Vatican might change due to private celebration or bank holidays. Is put of our power and control even because they usually get us the news with a short notice. We understand the importance of efficient time management, especially given the limited access to St. Peter's Basilica on that day.
We regret any inconvenience caused by the delayed arrival of the guide and the rushed pace of the tour, leading to missed opportunities to explore certain areas of interest, such as the Raphael Rooms. Said that we know that the security guards closed the Rooms due to the crowdness on that time, so the guide couldn't take the froup inside for this reason. Remember even that the Vaticna Musuem is one of the largest collection in the entire world, that said is necessary having a planning with the highlights that for sure will cover the majority of the 3h tour that we provide. We talked to the guide and she assured us that the tour respected as much possible the shedule proposed originally, without ending earlier as you mention.
Another important detail to mention is that inside the Sistine Chapel is prohibited talking and explaining, even more staying inside too much.
Your comments will be thoroughly reviewed and addressed internally to ensure that similar issues are avoided in the future. We value your input and take your feedback seriously. Please accept our sincerest apologies once again, and we hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust and offer you a more satisfying experience in the future.
