Your 2–way bus-shuttle service starts either at Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport or one of three pickup points in central Rome.

From the airport, arrive at the bus stop at least 15 minutes before your booked departure time to validate your ticket with the staff. Then, board your bus, and relax on the drive to central Rome.

Avoid problems with the public bus and train systems and reach your destination with ease in just 45 minutes, with return departures every 30 or 40 minutes.

You’re dropped off either near Termini Station, the Vatican, or Via Circonvallazione Aurelia. Trips to the airport depart from one of the same three locations.

Anyone who can keep to a schedule in Rome traffic is worth a 5 star rating. Attendants helpful at both airport and Termini Stn locations. Buses full both durections.

Very cost effective and straightforward way to get to the city centre. However ww hdd to keep our wits about us to make sure we joined the right line for the stop at the airport as the queue for the next one was merging into ours. Also I would recommend that you check your map or app before and during the journey as there is no information given on the bus when it stops

There was a problem with the Booking because although I booked very clearly from Via Crescenzio 2 at 7.45 it turned out that the bus was leaving at 8.00. Also from the portal apparently my kid’s teacket was free but then it was not true because before accessing to the bus i was asked to pay 8 euros for him. The portal information was completely wrong and the guide was claiming that i booked from Termini which was not the case at all. Very unprofessional service

Pickup address at the time of reservation was different from what I was able to see on the booking. No clear directions from agent, ended up taking a different bus and did not get refunded.

After getting on the bus, part of the way into our trip, the bus broke down! We sat in the middle lane of a three lane highway for an hour. The police had to shut the road down so they could transport everyone and the luggage to another bus.

Meet up location was very well explained. Much cheaper than taking the train. Same travel time to the airport as if you were taking a train. Helpful staff when arriving at the meet up spot.

Helpful driver and staff, very prompt, clean. Couldn’t find any indication of a WiFi code but we were too distracted with the sights to make inquiry so it’s not really their fault. I’d recommend tourists figure out where the bus stops asking the way because there is a good chance you could get off closer to your hotel before the termini stop. And definitely take a bus and walk vs a taxi or Uber. No need Tap and go with your chipped credit card.

There is no reason not to take this shuttle. Next time iI will definitely use this shuttle again. Much cheaper compare to taxi or Uber but it is safe and reliable.

Don’t pre book the bus

Didn’t go on the bus at all. There are different bus companies operate out of rome airport and if you miss your own bus, it’s a long wait for the next one. Best to turn up and book a ticket on the next available bus at the airport. Was a waste of money.

We're so sorry for what happened but our tickets are flexible to ensure passengers take other buses in case of delay. Our buses depart regularly and passengers must arrive at the bus stop 15 minutes before departure time

Bus route was misleading

The bus did not bring us to the final stop. It was easy to find the bus stop and the bus left on time, but it did not proceed to Via Crescenzio 2. Instead, it drop us off only at Via Marsala. The driver said that the stop close to the Vatican was closed. The website should have mentioned that so we could have made other arrangements. We ended up getting an Uber ride to get to our destination.

Due to the marathon of Rome on 19 november 2023, from 08.00 to 10.00 approximately, the bus stop via Crescenzio, was temporarily unavailable. The city of Rome closed the road and we were not allowed to get to the stop. We notified all passengers who had booked in the previous days, you probably bought the ticket close to the date or time of departure. Anyway from Via Marsala there'are buses and metro.

Dear customer firstly your ticket is an open one so there is no booking on a specific time and day. Anyway, you still had an extra departure that took away all the extra passengers as we always manage double departures whenever needed. I'm sure you performed your review before to check the second bus was on his arrival

It is clearly indicated that our bus departs from Terminal 3, platform N:12. Inside the airport there're many signs to help travelers.
