Near public transportation
A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.

At least 4 people are required for the guided tour options to take place.
Check-in is 15 minutes prior to the booked start time. Tickets are time sensitive and we cannot accomodate late arrivals.
Entrance into St. Peter's Basilica is separate from the Vatican Museums and is not always available. When possible, and only for tours departure prior to 2:30PM, our guided tour options will benefit from this special access at no extra cost. Entrance to the Basilica is free and does not require a ticket.
Masks are no longer mandatory, but as strongly recommended due to crowds.
Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

St Peter’s and Sistine chapel tour

Sistine Chapel was extraordinary. Very hard to take it all in. Do yourself a favor and read up on the things you’re going to see before you go. The tour guide was great at providing info, but there is just too much to see to get it all in real time. The climb to the top of the basilica is definitely worth it, but is a separate ticket which can easily be purchased at the end of the main tour. You can also tour Saint Peter’s square on your own before meeting the tour guide if you’re early.

A well guided tour

A knowledgeable and experienced guide. At first I thought that he had spent too much time talking about the ceiling in the Sistine chapel but when we got there, I understood why. One thing to watch is that the crypts in the basilica close at 18.00hrs so if like us your tour finishes at or after you will not be able to gain access which was disappointing.

We had a wonderful guide for the tour. He had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable. Recommend, but encourage others to go off season. Vatican was very crowded. If you don’t care about seeing the awesome paintings of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s Basilica is an awe inspiring Cathedral and can spend as much or as little time there as you want. So much to see and do in Rome. Plan on 3 hours if you decide to go to The Vatican.

Great museum, poor guide

The museum was amazing. The tour guide was not so good— she seemed upset when I would ask questions. I kept this to myself, but then my wife pointed out the same thing to me. But, everyone has a bad day and perhaps that’s what was going on. The tour guide went WAY too slow— and eventually we just left to finish the museum by ourselves. If we had to do it all over again we’d go to the museum without the tour guide.
