    Borghese is a priority viist!

    LivTours was the partner company for this opportunity. I wanted to see the Borghese Gallery but tickets through their office were sold out. I was lucky enough to find one last time slot open on Viator through LivTours. A few extra steps to login to download the LivTours app and set up account, but a painless process, and I was able to tour the gallery on my own! Met with the LivTours agent holding up a sign outside the gallery to get my tickets on site. Again, easy process, and I'm grateful I got the opportunity!

    As we did not book our tickets to the Borghese Gallery with enough time, this was the only option to get to know this must-see Roman attraction. If you plan it with more than two weeks it is cheaper to buy the tickets directly and pick them up the same day at the box office. It is up to you,

    Gallery was pretty but don’t waste your money on these tickets. No queues were skipped (weren’t any queues anyway) and they also couldn’t find my booking for ages which meant standing out in the heat while they sorted it. If you have limited time in rome I wouldnT recommend it

    I don't think it's necessary to get these tickets in the off season...very pricey. I believe we could have gotten in for half the price on our own.

    We found the agent waiting for us infront of the villa. He gave us the tickets and explained about the process. Very smooth

    The Viator representative met us near the Gallery entrance, presented us with our tickets, had all of the information we needed about how to enter the Gallery, store our backpacks, navigate the exhibits, everything we needed! Viator made this so easy and enjoyable. Will definitely use Viator form our next trip!

    Arrivo 5 minuti dopo l’orario di ingresso, chiamo per avere i biglietti e mi dicono che ormai i biglietti sono scaduti per colpa di Galleria Borghese che ha orari stringenti di ingresso. Dopo diverse chiamate e messaggi mi dicono che mi avevano chiamato alle 9 (assolutamente falso) e che non possono farci niente. Mi sono fatta comunque mandare (con molta difficoltà da parte loro) i biglietti “scaduti” per poi riuscire STRANAMENTE ad entrare. È una TRUFFA, loro cercano di non mandarti i biglietti per poi RIVENDERLI, biglietti validi per l’ingresso acquistati a 35 euro al posto di 13!!!!! VERGOGNA!!!
