Must See: a highly selective art collection

The Borghese Gallery is a must-see. You're only allowed a few hours, but it's enough. You'll never get in without a reservation, and you ought to make your reservation well before your arrival in Rome. It's a highly selective collection of some of the best art found in Rome, paid for, stolen, or extorted by Cardinal Scipione Borghese. There are some noteworthy Caravaggios, and incredible pieces by Bernini.

Worst experience ever

We missed our tour and we were one hour late entering the museum because we could not redeem our vouchers for tickets anywhere at the venue or the redemption site. It was very upsetting and ruined the day. I will never use your company again and will tell everyone I know how terrible the experience was. Unfortunately for me I have already prepurchased tickets for the coliseum tour and cannot acces those. Why not just email the tickets?

Dear Debra, If you would had read the instructions on your booking voucher this would not have happened. Your entrance tickets were emailed to you exactly - on Aug 11, 2022, 11:53 AM. 17 days BEFORE your travel date!!! The ticket that was emailed to you gives you direct access to the gallery once you show it at the MAIN ENTRANCE GATE, definitely not difficult to find as there's only one. What also shows that you have not paid attention to your reservations, is that you complain about not being able to access colosseum tickets, when we DON'T even sell those!!!! We kindly invite you to pay more attention next time booking tours and tickets online. - All the best.

Le mode d'entrée est un peu confus, Viator envoyant un bon d'échange à présenter à la billetterie (bon d'échange refusé) et la société en charge de la gestion des billets sur site envoyant de son côté les billets réels (un seul mail avec un lien au milieu du texte donc pas évident). La galerie est superbe tant au point de vue des salles que des sculptures et peintures. Il est nécessaire de réserver la visite , car aucune entrée n'était vendue sur site lors de notre visite, donc nombre de visiteurs limités

Absolut ärgerliche Erfahrung mit Viator

Am meisten beindruckt hat mich, dass ich zwei Tickets gebucht und bezahlt hatte und dann niemand am vereinbarten Platz da war, der mir diese Tickets gegeben hätte. Bei Anruf der angegebenen Tel.-Nr. hat mir eine Dame erklärt, dass es für den gebuchten Zeitraum nun doch keine freien Plätze mehr gäbe und ich könne gern am folgenden oder darauffolgenden Tag welche haben. Dafür hatten wir aber keine Zeit und ich bat die Dame mir den bezahlten Betrag zu erstatten. Sie sagte, das wäre kein Problem. Darauf warte ich nun seit 8 Tagen ohnenirgendeine weitere Mitteilung von Viator zu dem Vorgang erhalten zu haben. Das hat mich sehr negativ beeindruckt und wenn ich nicht innerhalb der nächsten 2 Tage eine Reaktion auf diese Bewertung erhalte, werde ich jede Möglichkeit nutzen um Viator schlecht zu bewerten und natürlich nie mehr bei Ihnen buchen.
