    Not worth the money

    I thought that a guided tour was included in that price…. It isn t very clear in the description that the ticket only provides entrance and nothing else….

    It was busy inside, but that was expected. It was beautiful and we skipped the whole line. Instructions were very clear
    Only way to do the Vatican

    This booking was great—it allowed us to walk past the entire line at the Vatican on a 90-degree day. For some reason they still required our group to go through one of the lines at the front, but it was very fast (i.e., walking the whole time). From the time we met our guide to the time we were in the museum, it took exactly 30 minutes. Well worth it overall!

    Totally worth the money, just to avoid standing in that enormous queue in the baking hot sun. I imagine those poor chumps were probably dried out husks by the time they made it to the actual entrance. We breezed past everyone straight to security and in we went. The guide was very nice and I would recommend this to anyone who is independent and not into the hand holding group experience.

    A bit expensive to get in this way but skipping the line made it worth it as there were big lines. The help was there on time and got us through the entry and made sure we were all set before she left. Just wish the help / guide was able to meet us closer to the actual entry and not by their store location.

    Honestly, nothing about this experience was positive. First off, directions for finding the "guide" (this is not a tour, just an escorted entry through the crazy lines) who had our tickets were almost nonexistent. The specific meeting point and who we were looking for was very unclear, we ended up finding two other couples in the same group who also couldn't seem to find where to go, so it wasn't just us. When we eventually did find our group, the "guide" was very upset and rude to those of us who didn't know where to meet; she almost didn't let the last couple join because we had already started getting in line by the time they found her. Having a skip the line ticket was nice as we were able to go straight through security and enter the museum, but once inside it was extremely difficult to navigate and WAY over crowded to the point of being pushed and shoved through hallways like a can of sardines. I understand this specific detail isn't the fault of this activity, it's just a warning to those considering a trip to the Vatican Museum during high season. We were not able to enjoy any of the things we saw in the museum and spent most of our time just looking for the exit. Your time and money would be better spent elsewhere!

    Dear Sir/madame I am sorry that your experience was negative, we will try to improve the clarity of our information even more, but in any case we always have a telephone number that follows our customers step by step, sometimes we have even 'accompanied' people who had some difficulty finding the address, although fortunately there are not many of them. As far as visiting the museums is concerned, unfortunately we are not responsible for the poor organisation of the Vatican museums, and I thank you for mentioning this, especially in the interest of other future users.     I should have read the description better. This us not tour. It just gets you into the Vatican museum via a tour entrance so you would not need to wait in line. It was still worth it to us though. Others were also confused.

As far as we are concerned, our idea was to offer logistical support to those who buy their tickets with us to try to avoid any inconveniences related to waiting and the poor organisation of some Italian sites.     Representative just met us in meeting place got our tickets and left. Could do this all by yourself not worth paying extra. Also our colosseum trip following day got cancelled night before no explanation wouldn't book with these again.

In response to your objection, I would just like to point out that on our page you will find the description of the service as it is and the average cost of the tickets is more or less that of the market, we have decided to add the assistance service to eliminate all possible inconveniences that a tourist who does not know the city might have. As for the service that was cancelled for you at the Colosseum, this is not our fault at all since we do not offer entrance to the Colosseum, so I imagine it was cancelled by another agency, so the inconvenience cannot be our fault.     Nous avons eu du mal à trouver le point de rdv et sommes arrivés 5 minutes en retard. Le groupe est parti sans nous, impossible de le retrouver. Malgré les dires, aucune solution de report de visite n'a été trouvée, nous avons perdu 100% de la somme investie. Très déçue et mécontente.

    Messieurs, je voudrais insister sur un point : le retard était supérieur à 5 minutes, car le rendez-vous a lieu un quart d'heure avant l'heure de la réservation et le retard était donc d'au moins 20/25 minutes. On vous a dit que nous allions essayer de trouver une solution (d'ailleurs, vous avez été assisté par téléphone pendant plus d'une demi-heure et nous avons fait tout notre possible pour que vous ne perdiez pas votre billet), mais il n'a manifestement pas été possible de trouver une autre solution, et je m'excuse si cela ne vous a pas été communiqué. Malheureusement, indépendamment de nos souhaits, les horaires d'entrée aux Musées du Vatican sont très stricts et avec ou sans nous, si vous étiez arrivé avec plus de vingt minutes de retard, vous auriez malheureusement perdu vos billets qui ne sont JAMAIS remboursables.
