Very informative food tour with great food. Good fun. Highly recommend. The host Daniel got everyone on the tour laughing and completely engaged from the start. Very good value for money as we had so much food. Really pleased we picked this tour.

Perfect for first day in Rome

We have tried local traditional pizzas cheese, suppli, cannelloni and gelato. While walking around Trestevere neighbourhood our guide Luca was telling us the history of the city and pointed out our attention to 'Must see' local attractions. At the end of tour we got few recommendations for restaurants and evening activities

Luca was the most entertaining guide we had during our two week stay in Italy! He blended humor with a little history and a lot of foodie facts. The stops along the way were delicious - but I’d trade an extra suppli for the cannoli!!

Our tour was cancelled at the last minute. The tour company tried to get us to go on a different tour at a later time, but we could not go because we had other plans. Bummer. However we did get a refund after saying no to the alternate tour several times.

Debora (not Barbara!!!) was a wonderful guide, full of intriguing knowledge of the area and insight into the food and drink of the region. She was extremely helpful when the Rome bus system failed us and we were unable to make it in time, working with us via WhatsApp to meet up with the group at the first stop. The food was delicious and we had a blast!

In addition to tasting some great food, our guide pointed out some landmarks and gave us a bit of history, including a description of the Jewish Ghetto. We tasted some familiar foods like pizza and gelato, but also suppli (a rice and beef ball) and porketta. We covered a lot of ground in a couple of hours and were stuffed by the time it was over. My only issue with this tour was at the beginning. Our guide was late and there were other food tours beginning here. Once she got there, she mistakenly said we were not in her group. She did apologize for the mixup, but it was not a very welcoming start.

Our guide Marco was fabulous sharing so much info on the history of Trastevere, the people & the food that makes it such a popular night spot to visit. The food was YUM at the 5 places we stopped at especially the continental deli with a selection of meats, cheeses & olives together with some wine. The tour is a great way to familiar where to go to enjoy an evening out. Highly recommend taking this tour, it'll be even better, if your guide is Marco.

Fab street food tour in Trastevere

Great street food tour. We did this tour on our first night in Rome and it was perfect for discovering Trastevere (a must for any visitor!) and delicious foodie places. Our guide Elisa was great and gave us loads of tips of places to eat as well as the history of the area, and the food we were eating. The suppli was the highlight and we went back for more another night, but we could have had any of the food again - it was all delicious!

The tour was great and we got lots of great food! Everything was delish and we were stuffed by the end. The pace of the tour was perfect and it was nice how the guide shared stories about the history of the neighbour hood. My only wish was that the guide's English was a wee bit better and that she spoke louder as it was often hard to hear her. All in all I'd highly recommend this tour.
