False Advertising. Find another tour

We booked this tour because it worked with our schedule and it was a “small group” tour. We get texted that the trip is actually an hour later than what we booked. Then we arrive and find there are 35 people in our group. Due to lack of organization, we left late, which rushed the trip in the Vatican museum. What was supposed to be a 3 hr tour of the Vatican turned into a 2 hour tour with just 1 hour in the museum. I would find a different tour operator.
