An amazing way to experience Rome

An amazing experience. Our tour guide, Daniel, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Daniel guided us from place to place narrating along the way so we understood the history behind what our eyes were seeing. The skip the line feature was incredibly useful as we moved quickly past the long lines. Worth mentioning was the use of audio earpiece devices that allowed everyone to hear Daniel as he spoke.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke clearly. We saw all of the hot spots. But just to be clear, it is a lot of walking! The walkways are uneven and many stairs. But we needed the exercise and I would highly recommend this tour.

Paolo Pagano was so amazing. She was very knowledgeable about all of the places we visited today. I loved the tour since we could go to so many different places. Ertruk lived up to his reputation as one of the best guides in Rome! As it was a holiday on the day of our tour, it was a little crazier than normal for the time of year. He didn’t rush us though and gracefully guided us through the crowds. He even went over slightly in time because it was so crazy navigating the crowds but he wanted to make sure we had the full experience. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable but very rushed.

We paid the large fee for a small tour group, it certainly had its benefits. However, a suggestion for the guides would be to ask your group whether they want to be impounded with knowledge or a small amount of time to buy some souvenirs. We were going past Vatican gift shop & we wanted to buy a rosary…. We were told…..no time, no time. We couldn’t even stop for a quick photo or we would be way behind the group. We felt like we herded like cattle instead of enjoying the sights. Maria was very knowledgeable & nice personality but think it would be nice to ask the group which they would prefer. We were on vacation not in a professor’s classroom.
