Mountain Biking through the Redwood Forest

Pickup procedure was super easy and directions were clear. The folks who fitted us for our bike even gave some recommendations on paths to take. Overall the mountain biking was scenic/good, but we did have one issue as the chain of one of our bikes fell off about halfway through the day. The team (I think the name was Michael) was very helpful and helped swap out the bike but a good amount of time was lost so we were not able to cover all the distance we wanted. We understand that these things happen and appreciate the team’s help to get us back and going. I would encourage people to think about renting an e-bike based on desired amount of challenge. With just one day it might have been better to cover more ground and see more sites with an e-bike. I wouldn’t change what I did but it’s worth considering!

Great experience but the company did a poor job of directions to the place. They dropped the pin in the forest along a private road. They definitely need to fix this problem.

Beeindruckende Trails - super nette Mannschaft beim Bike Verleih. Leider war die durch Viator angegebene Adresse falsch. Sie hat uns mitten ins nirgendwo in den Wald geschickt. Googeln sie nach Mountainbike Rotorua. Das ist der Verleih-Service. Er befindet sich auf dem großen Parkplatz genau neben dem Visitor Center.
