Overview

This experience exploring Coronado is unlike any other, on a fat tired Woody beach cruiser with a musical accompaniment as you explore. Your guide will show you all around the island, stopping at the Glorietta Bay Promenade, Coronado Beach, The Coronado Ferry Landing. Your guide will take photos for you if you like.

Meeting and Pickup

2000 Mullinex Dr, Coronado, CA 92118, USA
We meet Tidelands Park, right on the waterfront! Just look for the colorful cruisers. Please arrive 10 minutes before your tour to provide I.D. and sign our waiver. All riders MUST have a proficiency in bicycle riding skills. Fat Woody e-Bikes are not recommended for beginner level riders.

Single riders can join a tour, but single rider tours are not offered. If no other guests book the tour, it will be cancelled.

21+ years old, 13+ (recommended) with parent.
Rider’s recommended to be 5’2” and taller to ride beach cruisers. Smaller e-bikes available for shorter riders.
Experienced Riding Skills: Riders must have ‘experienced proficiency’ in bicycle riding skills - Defined as those who ride bicycles regularly. Not recommended for novice riders or those who haven’t ridden in years.
Max Weight: 250 lbs.
This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Super fun way to see the island!

My husband and I really enjoyed our tour with Ken. The bikes were comfortable and fun to ride. It was easy to get the hang of riding them. They had music that played during our tour, which was a nice touch. Ken showed us many cool places on the island and shared so much information. He also took pictures that he sent to us. That was a neat surprise. We’d do this tour again in a heartbeat!

Out of the park experience

This experienced knocked our day out of the park! Ken was the best guide possible—knowledgeable, fun-loving, and personable. It was easy to tell that he is passionate about his work and that this is a calling for him. He custom-built each bike with TLC and clearly took pride in the experience, and rightfully so—there was so much thought and time put into each bike. He taught us how to stay safe on the bikes, and went out of his way to share stories and anecdotes that kept the day not only informative, but fun and light-hearted. We ended the tour primed and excited to see parts of the island in more detail. The groups are small—no more than six—and we lucked out with a private tour due to low numbers. This experience was a rare gem. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a unique experience and is up for an adventure.
