The cruise was great. What I did not appreciate was no response to my 5 messages over my concern with the impending storm that was coming fast and possibly cancelling the cruise. I was basically ignored like I did not matter. That was very unprofessional

The entire cruise was fantastic, my friends, and I really enjoyed the trip. I would highly recommend the sips at sunset cruise to anyone.. the cruise directors and captain were very knowledgeable and extremely polite.

Taking the Family out for a short & sweet Excursion

I took my Mother, Aunt and 22 yr old Niece to this short & sweet excursion. This was a be-lated Mother's day gift for both my Aunt and Mother. It was overcast but the food, drinks, Crew, and accommodations were on point. The best moment of the day was knowing that even my Niece enjoyed her time; we ALL definitely had a great time!

Bad food, bad wine, bad service. Also they cut the trip short by 30 minutes. Not much of a wine selection, only offered chardonnay and a cab.

Led me to failure

I was directed to the wrong ship. I ended up on a ferry. Two employees saw my ticket and placed me on a ferry when I purchased the sunset dinner cruise. Then once I returned to the pier and asked the young man what my ticket said, he informed me that the dinner cruise left already. I then asked him why didn’t he tell me when he first saw my ticket instead of putting me on the wrong ship, he replied he didn’t know.

The Cruise staff was very friendly. The Dj played all the right type of music. Me and my husband danced the whole trip back to port. Appetizers were delicious. Drinks were tasty. All around great cruise. Watching the sunset was beautiful.

This trip was not as expected . The ship was not the one that was advertised. The appetizers were cold , there were allot of flies on the main deck . I will not do this again neither will I recommend it to anyone .

We were excited to end our trip with this sunset cruise. Imagine our surprise and disappointment when the boat did not show up. Other groups were there too. All of us were very unhappy to say the least.

Well...considering that I was unable to participate in the cruise, I cannot tell you about that aspect. I CAN say that the no exceptions rule to missing the cruise is not acceptable. I missed the cruise due to a travel issue beyond my control. I explained this to customer service and they said there was nothing that they could do and that I lost my money for the tickets, again, due to a travel issue that I could not avoid.
