I'm sorry you didn't enjoy our tour. Our guide should have given insight about the history of not only the area, but of the food and restaurants, too. Everything we serve, from the hand made flour tortilla with butter, to the fish taco, to the ribeye steak taco with fresh beans and salsa bar, and the chips - are all made fresh and are unique to each restaurant. The tequila is a double aged reposado, which is unique specifically to the restaurant we serve it at. The churros are typically quite large and warm from the fryers. The guide has a deck of information, which is a script he's supposed to follow, so I'm frustrated to see that it seems that he fell short to share the information.
