We appreciate your observation about the tour itinerary. We found and fixed an error in the Viator listing regarding the Whaley House admission. Although most of the information was correct, we toggled an option regarding admission tickets, and added paid admissions to the exclusions list to further clarify that we discuss the house but don’t go inside.
Regarding the photos in the kiosks, we use them for context and to set the scene of the time period, plus they complement our “hidden gems” theme. Unfortunately, we don’t maintain them, but most guests find them informative, despite some wear.
Many factors contribute to any tour’s pricing. Ours reflect the premium quality of our inclusions, including the gourmet tacos and handcrafted tequila drinks, which are frequently mentioned in reviews by guests as a highlight of the tour. However, we understand that value is subjective and appreciate your perspective.
