Definitely a premium experience. Fillipo was very knowledgeable and passionate throughout the tour. Tastings in the vineyard were incredible. Louis the sommelier led the last tasting sip by sip with amazing descriptions of the aromas and flavors plus the matching differences with the different wine varieties. Highly recommended for wine aficionados.

The wine and cheese...
Patricia_S, Apr 2024
The wine and cheese tasting was delightful, the grounds were really nice. Tasting the grapes was one of my highlights.
Great tour, would definately recomienda it!
Cristina_R, Apr 2024
Nice tour..very good organized, nice stuff..we really enjoyed the tasting of wine and cheese..and all the history behind it!
Never using Viator ever again
Janet_B, Apr 2024
The tour itself was wonderful. But the Viator experience was AWFUL. driver collected us at 1.45 and we arrived at Concho y Toro at 3.25pm and were told our tour in English would be at 4.30. This was first time anyone had spoken to us since driver collected us at 1.45pm. We then had to rush the end of our 2 hour tour to get back to car park and our bus by 6.30pm. We arrived at hotel 6 hours after we left for a tour advertised as 4 hours and wine tour was actually 2 hours. So disappointed
Entertaining but rushed
Daniel_S, Mar 2024
Beautiful location, opportunity to taste not only the wine but the grapes as well. The tour is entertaining but you are rushed through the tastings and instead expected to spend considerable time in their wine shop
Experience
Niza_G, Mar 2024
The pick up went late than expected so we ended up the tour very late and we had to cancel a dinner reservation. The wine tour was fine, no complaints about that only that it was short. Besides that, we purchased a tour for 3 person, but at the end we were only two and we tried to get a refund or at least a promo for the time that we wasted because of the pick up but we recieved nothing. So I would not recommend this page for further tours.

The one hour tour was interesting but the logistics of getting there were terrible. Our ticket said we had a start time of 2:30 PM but we received a notice that our driver would pick us up at 1:40 PM. Then we spent the next 1.5 hours riding in a van as our driver picked up individuals all around Santiago in a very rough, bumpy and aggressive drive. We arrived at the winery around 4 PM then had to stand around until 4:30 for an English speaking tour. The return to our hotel was a repeat of the drive to the winery as we finally got back after dark. I don’t think anyone in our group was happy with our driver who did not appear to care about anything except driving with his barkes and horn. My wife walks with a cane and we attempted to get him to slow down as he led us from the parking location to the winery but he ignored us and even reacted negatively when another woman in the group tried to intercede for us as we fell behind. Save your time for better adventures.

Great tour. Food onsite and wine was excellent. Our guide Paulo was funny and had an informative tour.
Concha y Toro winery is a must visit while in Santiago.
Sally_E, Mar 2024
We selected the premium tour for a more in depth opportunity to sample the wines of this famous winery. We were so pleased to visit the beautiful garden and the vineyards, and the wine tasting experience with cheese was exactly the right fit for us. Both of the tour guides we toured and sampled with while on the grounds were knowledgeable and interesting.
Great wine tour
Andrew_S, Feb 2024
This is the best wine tour we have taken. Concha Tora winery was a beautiful setting with strolling through gardens to various tasting stations. The disappointment was our driver didn’t speak English. It would have been nice to ask about the area as we were driving to get the most out of the tour.
Long pick up!!!
Erin_O, Feb 2024
More people in van than said there would have been… said max 8 ppl there were 11 …we spent 1.5 hr on pick up There was not enough crackers and cheese for amount of wine served!!!! Not good! We did like you could walk around and try the grapes!
From the vine to the bottle
Victor_M, Feb 2024
Tasting the different types of grapes from the vines and learning about the entire process. Our tour guide Felipe was amazing.

Rodney_B, Jan 2024
Suggest having a central pickup point as we wasted nearly 2 hours driving around the city picking up passengers when it would be more efficient for the company and the passengers to Uber and go from one point. Also it was advertised as "max 8 persons" on the tour - we had 15 on the bus and more than 20 on the wine tour - it was still good but suggest changing the "sales pitch"
Very enjoyable!
Mary_H, Jan 2024
We enjoyed seeing the vineyards and then tasting the wine from those grapes. Guides were very personable. Enjoyed their stories. My one suggestion would be to have bar stools so the tasters could sit while tasting the wine in the first tasting.
disappointing
Robert_W, Jan 2024
Disappointing. None of the wines presented could be considered premium wine, as the name of the tour suggested
Long trip
Margaret_R, Jan 2024
The winery and tour was very nice. Unfortunately it took us over two hrs to get there because the pick ups were all over the city. When we got there, we had to wait 1 1/4 for our English tour. Hard to buy wine when you haven’t tasted it yet! And of course we had to leave as soon as our tour was done. We eventually got back after almost 7 hrs.
No communication from tour operator on pick-up after the winery tour
Lee_D, Jan 2024
This bad review is for the tour operator that provided the van transportation. We booked the winery tasting for yesterday afternoon. The group was 8: 6 Portuguese-speaking & 2 English-speaking (us). The driver did not speak English and just left without providing us instructions on when & where the van would be for pick-up after the tour, although he did speak to the other customers. I had to ask at the winery info kiosk and was told the van would be waiting for us in the parking lot after our tour. The Portuguese tour started immediately. The English tour started 1 hour later at 4:30 pm.. After our 2-hour tour, we went to the parking lot. There was NO van there. The winery info kiosk was closed as was the ticket office. There were only a few visitors left. Of course I thought the van left us! I whatsapped the driver & the tour operator and called the tour operator number 3 times - no response. After waiting some more, I called Uber. The trip back to Santiago would cost more than $60. As we were about to get into the Uber, I saw the tour van turn into the winery driveway. If the tour operator had only provided the when & where info of the pick-up process to ALL their customers, then I would not have worried that we were abandoned. I would have known to wait for the van. not think they had left based on the info that the van would be waiting in the lot after our tour. This tour operator was negligent for not providing info in ALL applicable langauges on the return pick-up process: when, where, etc. The driver does not need to speak every language. But he should have given this written info, provided by his company, to customers he cannot communicate with. What’s worse- this morning, I found a $44 Uber charge for yesterday. The Uber driver had said he would cancel the trip (I couldn’t find how to cancel the trip once the Uber was there). I had already paid $6 for a tip & what I thought was the cancellation charge. On the bright side, the premium wine tour by the winery was excellent. Just make sure you know the pick-up process if you are in the same circumstances we were with our tour operator. (Sorry this review is so long.)
Find another tour company
Isabel_M, Dec 2023
I choose my hotel based on pickup hotels. The day before, they messaged me to meet them at a subway, 30 mins drive and $30 extra each way for a cab drive. They would not respond to my messages. I cancelled and found another tour company to do the same, and also requested a refund but still no response. I should have expected this based on the continuous poor reviews.
Terrible tour company
B_L, Dec 2023
It was a personal contracted driver like an Uber. They crammed 5 of us into a mid size SUV. Two poor women had to sit in the third row that was very small and cramped. The drive was 1 hour 45 min each way. Don’t believe their information. Also, the driver left us waiting for 30 min after the tour was done. He was just wandering around talking, texting, and smoking. I finally went to tell him we need to leave. It was a horrendous experience. Do not use this company.
