Viator transfers were great! We had numerous transfers while in Italy and Greece, and every time our pickup was on-time, easy, and very professional and convenient.

The driver dropped us way far from ticket line at the ferry port. When we asked him he said this is as far as he can go. But, that was not true. Taxis were stopping at the end of the long line so passengers did not have to lug their bags 1/4 of a mile.
Most importantly do not buy these transfer vouchers from hotel to port/airport. The hotels can arrange these easily once you are there and the cost (even with the hotel margin ) is no where close to these voucher prices.

Everything went fine. The driver (maybe the owner) picked us up on time. He was very polite and kind; offered us water. His driving style was safe and he got us to the airport on time.

Our driver was excellent. How ever we had a 3:00 flight with a 1:00 pick up, which sounded reasonable, but we almost missed our flight because the Santorini airport is a nightmare. I would make sure you request at least a 3 hr prior pick up.

Worked like clockwork. Our flight left very early and he was there waiting for us. I would highly recommend the service although for two people it's not cheap.

Our driver had a baby capsule and took al our bags to his air conditioned large van. Lots of room for all our luggage and he was so interesting...it was more like,having a private tour than a transfer to the airport.
