What a great way to get to know Santorini. Kathrin was such a wonderful guide. The hike was awesome! My husband and I got to see places you can’t see in a tour bus. Kathrin was also so knowledgeable about the island. If I’m ever back in Santorini, I would do this again.

We highly recommend the Small-Group Santorini Caldera Fira to Oia Hike!! Kathrin was so kind and helpful! We are 69 and 70 and had no problem with the hike. She kept us informed about the entire journey of what to expect next, how far we had to go, were we okay to continue, and any concerns we may have had. She is extremely patient and made the entire adventure fun and interesting! The time went really fast, and the photos are wonderful!

It’s a hike not a walk

It’s a really fun hike considering that me and my partner are both hikers. Also take note to wear shoes no sandals! Haha gladly the man who picked us up was firm about me changing my footwear to a more comfy and safe gear for this hike. Overall it was a beautiful view and worth the experience with a guide! Kathrin was also very approachable and friendly she made the hike more at ease.

AN ABSOLUTE MUST DO!

This this yesterday from 9am - 1:30. This was an absolute must! We went back and forth about doing it ourselves or taking a tour. SOOO glad we chose the tour, otherwise, my husband and I would have been at each other with “ARE YOU SURE THIS IS THE WAY?!” LOL! Also, so happy we read all reviews w/other tours and chose this one. Our guide, Kathrin, was not only knowledgeable about everything Santorini ( I thought I knew a thing or two, however, I was happily mistaken😉), she was kind, easy to talk to, answered EVERY question asked, caring - always assuring everyone was doing well throughout and even greeted each of us w/a delicious, traditional Greek breakfast snack (you’re going to need your carbs!), and water bottles. The hike wasn’t as difficult as some of the more frightening reviews I read on other tour sights and wasn’t a cake walk either. 3/4 of the hike was a pleasant, comfortable stroll and approx 1/4 needed your full attention, however, Kathrin was always there to warn, assist, and guide. Never felt unsafe or uncertain. No special hiking shoes needed, your regular running shoes will do. I think the “small” group size (no more than 8) also made for MUCH more pleasant hike. We chatted, laughed, and sweat together for 4hr (6.5miles) that at the end you felt you were leaving good friends. The best things I can tell you are; Look no further. This is the hiking tour to pick. Stop contemplating about doing it on your own. ✔️Just Do It✔️From pick to drop off, you’ll be pleased - This is the right choice. Thank you SO MUCH Kathrin!!

Great tour for walkers

Highly recommend this tour if you are a good walker. Our excellent guide Catherine picked us up from our hotel with snacks and water and took good care of us throughout the walk. Some bits are very steep but she was very patient and let us dictate the pace. She was very informative throughout and the views along the way are stunning.
