What To Expect

Be ready to get picked up at your hotel for your 4-hour adventure through the Emerald City. Depending on the group size of your tour, you might have a 14-24 passenger mini bus pick you up. Group numbers range from four to 24 people.

This was such a great intro to the city with Joel, our expert guide We did a full tour of downtown as well as visiting the suburbs. Added bonus to see some nesting herons and i bet the fish ladder is a sight to behold from July onwards. Definitely recommend doing this as soon into your visit as you can.

This tour was great! Mark was our tour guide and he was a lot of fun! Very knowledgeable about the city and knew how to navigate the busy city streets. We saw a lot. We stopped for pictures and chocolate and then went to pike Place for shopping and lunch. We were picked up right at the hotel and he was super punctual and dropped us off at the hotel on time. He does get the option to drop you off somewhere in the city if you want but then you have to find your own way back to your hotel . Overall a great experience and we recommend doing this.

Great tour, HORRIBLE bus

Unfortunately as great as the tour and tour guide were, the most memorable part of this tour was the rough ride on this bus. Please ask if you will be on bus number 12. If you will be on bus 12 and you have any sort of spinal condition or are pregnant you should know it is a VERY rough ride all the way through. This ride left me and one of my friends with a headache. The driver/guide stated that the problem was not the shocks but rather the suspension. The seats rattled so much it was difficult to hear the driver/guide over the microphone. The pictures above show the damage to my pants due to the tape on the seat that I noticed when I realized my leg was stuck to the seat. Now the good part...the driver/guide was GREAT. He was knowledgeable about the city and relayed the information in a fun way. He passed around pictures and played music to match the stories he was telling us. If I ever return to Seattle, I might take this tour again if I were assured this guide and a good bus.
