A beautiful tour

Our guide Tomomi and our driver Mr. Hayashi were wonderful! They truly did their best to give my husband and I a great tour. Our favorite parts were seeing the cherry blossoms, the Aokigahara forest, and the Bat Cave national monument. And to top off a great day we were able to see a peek of Mt. Fuji despite the cloudy day. We also had a delicious lunch of a local dish. We loved learning more about the history of this wonderful country. We would do this tour again if we returned 😊

The tour was really interesting and great because our guide Tomomi san was knowlegeable andattentive to all our needs. Our driver Mr. Inagaki was very experienced and friendly. Both of them went out of their way to show us the most beautiful scenic spots in Hakone and Mt. Fuji.

Our guide for the day was Mazda san. We got 3-for-1 with him - He is a great guide, a very safe driver, and a creative photographer. He went over various options, heard our preferences and came up with a custom itinerary for the day. For example, he took as to an onsen in Mt Fuji and set aside 45 minutes for a bike tour as we requested. He provide a lot of information through out the day and took pictures of our family w/ great enthusiasm. One of the best, if not the best, guide we have seen in the 4 continents we have toured.

Bob san and Takei san were our hosts for the trip. They were exemplary guides. Once they realised we might enjoy strawberry picking, they immediately adjusted the itinerary to make sure we had a short stop to do just that. What a beautiful and fantastical spot that was! They were also extremely patient to the barrage of questions that we had about the Mt. Fuji area and Japan. We were lucky to be doing the trip during the peak Sakura season and both of them were kind enough to stop the car in many many places so that we could capture memorable pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip!

Great informative tour

Really enjoyed the tour - Masae picked us up easily at our lodging in Tokyo. She made it very easy to connect and there was no trouble linking up for the tour. Masae was very knowledgeable and helped make the tour really interesting. You could tell that she now only knew the hsitory/folklore but really was passionate about the subject. They accommodated my family with two booster seats and the ride was very smooth. My only regret is that I wish we had more time!

Mt. Fuji is one of those places that many aspire to see when visiting Japan, but as we all know - it's all up to mother nature to decide if Mt. Fuji will make an appearance. Well we definitely got lucky in seeing Mt. Fuji in all its glory but what made this tour simply memorable was the day we spent being guided by Masahashi while being safely driven by Toshi. Throughout the entire day, Masahashi communicated with our group to explain the best routes and places to visit that would maximize our time. He did this by taking the time to understand our interests and to listening to how our group wanted to spend the day. I would also like to give a special shout out to the tour operator manager, Taiji, who coordinated our trip and made sure that it met our expectations. We only had one full day in Hakone and this tour truly made it worthwhile. With so much beauty to cover, this is truly the best way to go if you want to make the most of your visit!
Amazing day with magnificent views of Fuji-san

I cannot recommend this tour enough. Perfectly paced, flexible to our family needs and warm and friendly. We were picked up from our hotel in Tokyo and had a nice drive down to the 5 lakes area. We had magnificent views of Fuji-san and many from places only the locals know. At all times we were given our next options, recommendations, and the tour was adjusted to suit our needs. It was an incredible day with very nice people, Tak our driver and Tomomi our guide. If you are a family looking for a private tour of Fuji-san and the 5 lakes area, I highly recommend this tour.

My family and I visited from San Diego. Out tour guides, Bob-san and Happy are excellent tour guides. They paid attention to every detail. They gave us an experience we will never forget. Our tour driver was also very insightful. He recommended us to a restaurant and it was delicious. Overall my family and I are extremely happy with our tour to Mt. Fuji.

Had a really great experience with Masashi and Toshi! From the moment they greeted us at the lobby to the end of the trip, they offered valuable insights and interesting facts about the places we were visiting. We were traveling with my mom who has difficulty walking and Masashi and Toshi were well-prepared—they had a small step for my mom to hop on the car and even helped pushed her wheelchair around as we were visiting the different locations. Not a boring moment during this trip, definitely recommend!

We had an amazing day - an early start out of Tokyo we got to do so much in just a day -- We saw Mt Fuji clearly, explored Hakone, and got to spend some time at the hot springs water park. It was myself, my friend, and our two kids (4,5). Toshi was a great driver, and Bob was a great guide! I'd highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to get the most out of a day!

We recently embarked on a family trip to Mount Fuji, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience, thanks in large part to our amazing guide and driver. Our guide Mr. Mazda, was incredibly knowledgeable, not just about Mount Fuji but also about the local culture and history. He was engaging, patient, and had a knack for making complex information accessible and interesting for our kids. He was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure that the children were engaged and learning throughout the journey. The driver was equally impressive, providing a safe and comfortable ride. He navigated the roads with expertise and made sure we had smooth and timely transit, which is so crucial when traveling with children. His professionalism and dedication to our safety and comfort were evident throughout the trip. The trip itself was well-organized and paced perfectly for a family. At every step of the tour, we felt our guide's enthusiasm for this incredible piece of Japan as we ventured to seldom walked areas to see the best of what the Mt Fuji area has to offer. We visited many areas that we are confident were unseen by most and, while doing so, enjoyed our tour guide speaking of local flora, customs, and other areas that demonstrated her deep knowledge of the area. We got many incredible views of Mt Fuji, toured underground caves, enjoyed local cuisine, and took in breathtaking views of a historic town. Our only regret is that we did not have time to do more. I should add that our driver was also incredible. He made every effort to make sure we were comfortable, even offering me the jacket off his back when he saw I was cold. He also introduced us to an incredible local treat that I was sure to buy more of before I left. Our entire group highly recommends this tour. Our guide, Ms Matsukawa, and our driver Tak, were both a pleasure to be around. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience, look no further.
