Adi and Leo did an amazing job. They made sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond to get us great photos. They were even prepared with ponchos when the unexpected rain came. The crater, hot springs, and coffee plantation are ALL worth the visit, and the guys made sure we could go to everything even though we didn’t want to go for the sunrise ride and went at 8am instead. Highly recommend!!!

Had a wonderful experience on the 4WD tour to Mount Batur. The volcano was great, coffee tasting was amazing, and went to a restaurant with a stunning view. Our driver Adi was super helpful and funny, and his English was perfect.

We did the Jeep tour and our guide Yoga was amazing. He was professional, funny and took a lot of great photos and videos for us. We were lucky to get a clear sunrise and everybody cheered when the Sun peeked over the mountains in the distance.

We had a perfect trip, watching the sunrise in Mt batur and exploring the Area around. Rounded up with a nice relaxing bath in the hot springs, as well as a nice Lunch. Our guide and driver Kinyong picked us up and got us where we needed to be safe and fast, making sure we had everything we needed.

Great experience! The owner of the tour company was very very kind and appreciative for our business. I got the options for the jeep tour only without transport. The address online was accurate. We got cookies and coffee on arrival to their covered start area. Very nice with bathrooms thank God. Our drivers were knowledgeable great drivers. Got a nice spot at the top of the mountain to watch the sunrise. One of the best experiences in Bali

Teeny our guide and Ketut our keep driver were both lovely. Tenet’s English was excellent and Ketut was a safe and competent driver on the rugged track. He also brought us hot chocolates and carried my four year old up the side of the volcano to a quieter spot away from the 200 or so other Jeeps, where we could sit on a bench and enjoy the sunrise in relative peace. Teeny brought some snacks along for us and warm blankets for the jeep ride and to cosy up while we waited for the sunrise. After watching the sunrise from the volcano we went to the black lava fields where people cooked eggs in the hot stones. Next was a trip to the thermal spring pools which was lovely and relaxing followed by breakfast with an amazing view of Mt Agung. The private driver (Agus) who was also organised by the tour company was great too. He spoke good English and chose us a restaurant with a buffet and view (all included). The breakfast wasn’t great but that’s often the case with places reliant on amazing views. I’d recommend the tour and am glad we got up early for it.

What an experience. Joe was such wonderful guide. Pick me up early to head to mount Batur for the jeep tour. Wayan took me in his Jeep to watch the sunrise and then to the black lava fields. And drop me at the hot springs. From there Joe picked me up. Had a beautiful lunch. Then to a coffee plantation which I really enjoy learning about the different plants and tasting the coffee. Joes was knowledgeable and I learned a lot about the culture of the Balinese. Thank you

The driver Dekwan was very kind and sociable. He made the trip to the jeep tours very comfortable for us. Our tour guides Brotó and Mon were absolute fully sick legends.
