Very frustrating experience, unfortunately

Do not use this trip. Destinos Mayas was the third party travel group that Viator used. They are totally into taking you to the handicraft promotions and not into the actual Chichén Itzá and Villadolid attractions. Too little time at Chichen Itza. Also, they first do handicraft stuff , and it then gets too hot at Chichen Itza afternoon. They took two full hours at their office , before the tour bus started. Totally frustrating as per half of us in the bus. Sad Such a magnificent monument and such a lousy experience.
