      The driver never showed up and still fighting to get my refund- steer clear of this group!! Unresponsive to texts, emails and phone calls! Very unprofessional.

      Hi Lori, we are sorry to hear this and we will take your feedback to improve our services. However, please note that our tour guide Ivan did try to get in contact with you on multiple occasions before your tour via calls and messages on Whatsapp and did not receive a response from you. When you called Viator directly to express that you wanted to cancel the tour hours before it started due to your flight delay, this added a sense of confusion to the situation. On the day of the tour he also messaged again to confirm if you were still available for the tour but there was no response again. In order for a tour to go ahead communication between the supplier and the guest is essential. Nevertheless it’s our responsibility to ensure you received what you paid for hence the reason we fully refunded you. We hope that you were still able to have a good time in London regardless.

      We had the most perfect day in London with Ollie and Ivan! Our group wanted to take in as much as we could as none of us had ever visited before. Our guides delivered and then some! We saw so many historic, interesting, and unique sites. Our day was filled with tons of history and information and our guides were so fun. It was worth every penny!

      Ollie was very communicative. She contacted me and offered me the transportation tour instead of the walking tour and we obliged. Best thing we could have ever did. We started out at our meeting place near a church/cathedral and the Trafalgar Square. Ollie offered to take our photos for us so we wouldn’t have all selfies. She is really good at photos and angles. Bonus! We then went to Buckingham palace for the changing of the guards. Idk if we missed it but it does happen everyday around 11am. Then had lunch at the London eye attraction. We saw a lot of sights to even remember or name. Ollie did a great job telling us the history of things in London. We had a great time. Thank Ollie!!!
      Five hours of fun in London

      We took the train in from Paris in the morning so booked a 2:30 private driving tour with Ollie. She was absolutely the best! She was informative and fun! We feel we saw all the highlights of London and now can choose what we want to explore further. We were a bit tired and Ollie just made it so much fun for us. We felt we met a friend.

      Anita was fantastic. She guided us through the city and explained so much along the way. There is quite a bit of walking (around 5 miles) but we had no trouble with this. We had a 60 year old, 7 year old, and 9 year old in our group. The lunch that was included was delicious!! Anita took us to a local fish and chip restaurant for lunch (there are other options to choose from if you don’t prefer fish). We learned so much on this tour. It was a great value!

      Love the tour. Anita is great. She is very knowledgeable about London & all the landmark. We took the train with her too. So it’s a great experience learning & seeing the city in the short period of time! Definitely recommended this tour especially Anita! Our group is 7. Us & 5 kids 18-11. We really enjoyed it!! ⭐️star

      This experience rates high on our london experience. Our guide was extremely professional and courteous. We requested a tour that visited both shopping and historic spots and she delivered! I would recommend this tour (and specifically Ollie) to anyone who asks... She did a fantastic job!

      Great tour. We took this tour a few hours after arriving to get a overview of what sites to visit later on. Our guide was Ollie and she was awesome, so full of energy and an excellent knowledge of the landmarks. At the end she took us to a lovely pub for a late lunch. Overall I highly recommend this tour.

      Ollie was the BEST tour girl EVER! She made me feel like family! I felt safe and secure…. She was so kind, knowledgeable of all sites and had a lot of patience… She literally showed my fiancé and I everything about London, palaces, churches, schools, parks, bridges and food! We at fish & chips with mango sauce and vinegar omg something we would have never done she made it so special and took us out of our box to learn and be open on things we normally wouldn’t eat! Wait I have to tell you she knows all the photo spots and takes the BEST pics! She also knows where to park up for quick up close pics! She didn’t care that it was raining and cold she dragged us out to make sure we seen everything and didn’t miss a thing… I keep thinking about her because she was truly the best!
