Stor konstupplevelse, men litet svårt att överblicka lokaliteterna och all den fina konsten. Biljettservicen fungerade bra. Ibland var skyltningen vid de olika objekten en smula otydlig. Kunde vara bättre.

Det var lätt att boka och på plats hittade vi er representant. Men med biljetterna vi fick måste vi ändå stå i kö och vi fick ingen guidning vilket jag hade fått uppfattningen att det skulle ingå. Priset vi betalade genom att boka låg på 275 kr per biljett. På plats kostade de 6 euro. En väldigt stor prisskillnad måste jag säga och förstår inte varför.

Den här gången var det inga köer så det hade varit billigare att köpa direkt, men man vet ju aldrig hur det är, så det var bra att ha den här möjligheten. Otroligt mycket att se. Man blir mätt efter två timmar. Eftersom det var så lite folk gick det bra att se tavlorna. Men vi sprang före en grupp hela tiden så vi skulle hinna se något.

Det kändes onödigt att köpa så dyra...

Under intrycket att "Skip the Line" betydde påskyndad entré. Allt Viator gjorde var att köpa biljetterna för min räkning för en premie och sedan fick jag vänta på ingångskön. Det var en 45 minuters väntan i regnet för att komma igenom säkerhetskontrollen. Din tjänst gav väldigt lite värde för premien du debiterade på biljetterna.

Själva galleriet är otroligt - ett måste i Florens. Du kan tillbringa dagar där och fortfarande inte se allt. Konsten och skulpturerna är magnifika, för att inte tala om historien bakom det hela. Det enda problemet var att vi var tvungna att stå i kö - hoppa över kön hände inte som utlovat
