Paul was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable in native and non native and invasive species of foliage on the island. The tour was quite exceptional. A garden of Eden.

It was amazing to get to taste Hawaii. Our tour guide, Lisa, was knowledgeable about the plants and history of Hawaii. It was one of our favorite experiences on our family trip.

The garden was amazing and Lisa was very informative. Abigail was very welcoming and the whole team (sorry, I forgot the gentlemans name as he wasn’t our guide, but very personable), did a wonderful job. They’ve thought of everything to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Panchos, umbrellas and repellent were made available. It was raining, so we needed a pancho ($2.00). The chocolate tasting and the on trail fruit samples fantastic. Be ready to hike. The grounds have been thoughtfully prepared. As a someone with a little construction background. I saw that the concrete was poured with no slipping grooves in mind, the steps were comfortably placed. However, the elevation changes are significant so use the handrails and watch your step anyway and you’ll be fine. Overall, a great experience.

This was such a BEAUTIFUL and expansive garden! I wish I could have even 1/2 these types of plants in my home yard. Our tour guide was great and he did a wonderful job explaining plants, the environment, and gave us a variety of unique fruits to try along our stroll.

This 3 hour gentle hike around the beautiful gardens is worthwhile. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and she gave us helpful tips about Kauai. Chocolate tasting was in. My only disappointment was it was all dark chocolate and no ability to purchase the Kauai made chocolate.

Rob was an amazing guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable! The tour may have been 3 hours but we were so busy and wrapped up in all the beauty and delicious tastings you’d have never known. Would do again and highly recommend!

This tour was excellent. The staff and tour guide, Paul, were very friendly and knowledgeable. The garden was beautiful and the information about the flora, fauna and weather patterns on Kauai were extremely interesting. The chocolate portion of the tour was also great, although we only joined the chocolate tasting portion, as we had to leave early due to another event. The samples provided along with the history of each chocolate type were so fascinating. Who knew there was so much to learn about chocolate? The tasting was my favorite part. One thing to be cautious about is knowing your activity level. My sister occasionally gets leg cramps and some of the paths had steep hills and steps, which were a bit intimidating; she could’ve easily slipped and fallen. Make sure to wear appropriate shoes, e.g. hiking shoes. Overall, fun and educational. I highly recommend it. Appropriate for all ages.

Not touristy, beautiful, lush. Guides were amazing! It is a full three hours I’m 70 years old and was a bit challenged in a couple of areas but they were kind and patient!

The gardens are absolutely beautiful. Rob was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable. It rained a little during our 3 hour tour , but umbrellas were provided. Reservations are required as all food items were packed for each party. It was an enjoyable experience and we highly recommend.
