Sean was our instructor. He did a great job instructing us. Both my husband and I were able to ride lots of waves. Even helped me figure out what side look right for me. The lady infront office was very nice too. Was able to borrow a wet suit top. We went back for rentals a few days later and she was supper honest with us. Told us storm was coming in and probably would be a waste of money to rent board.

Great time! Our instructor Sean was amazing! Gave great feedback and we got a lot of individual attention. He was very patient with us through the current and tough waves. Would have given five stars except we were forgotten about for the shuttle ride and had to walk all the way back. Not too big of a deal but we were on a time crunch, didn't have our phones and didn't know where we were going.

My girlfriend and I had a great time out at the hanalei pier with surf instructor Nate (total beginners)! Everyone was extremely nice and we got to surf a couple of waves! Thank you! 10/10 would recommend!

10/10 highly recommend. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They provide you with shirts to prevent chafing from the boards. Our instructor was Sean who was amazing and encouraging. As soon as your lesson is done you can rent boards and go back out! We fell in love with surfing!

While we were on the beach our instructor was great and very attentive. Once we got in the water our instructors attention went to the girl in the bikini next to us. We got very little attention from him after that and we felt like that took away from the experience. Most instructors out with other groups were giving out helpful tips while in the water and we would have loved that. I would say it seemed like most other groups had a great instructors.

Our guide, Miguel, was amazing. Very calm, patient, knowledgeable and super fun. My daughter and I are from Illinois and really wanted to learn. It was as hard as anticipated and fell numerous times but had a great time! 🤙
