Well organized Round-Trip !
joachim_h, Oct 2023
We have relatives in Amman and visited Jordan for 9 days. Under the week we have chosen for a 4 day round trip to the country's most famous attractions. We must say, it all worked flawlessly. It already started with the fact that our driver picked us up punctually at 9 am from our private accommodation in Amman. We were quiet happy because there were no other guests on the tour, so we could enjoy a "private trip". The Shalabi brothers were our drivers; we had many questions and were provided with great information by both of them. Already the pure car rides through the country were a pleasure to get first impressions of this wonderful country. Only the hotel accommodations were worthy of improvement: neither the "My luxury Hotel" in Aqaba nor the "Petra Corner Hotel" in Petra corresponded with only very moderate standard to our conceptions; this was however bearable, since it had always been only an overnight stay. The Rahayeb Camp in Wadi Rum, on the other hand, was fantastic; the 2-hour jeep tour through the desert is a "must" for every visitor and definitely recommended. All in all, for a first time visitor, a very excellent round trip that definitely made you want "more".

Well organised fun way to see the best parts of Jordan
mehtapbasavci, Nov 2022
The most memorable part of this trip was visiting Petra and climbing to the monestry. The sun city Martian Dome in the desert was such a fun place to stay.

It’s not a as good as it sounds
James_H, Oct 2022
This isn’t a 5 star plus experience - it’s 3 maybe. I opted for 5 star hotels and only the movepick Aqaba I would agree as this was very good. The Hassan Camp was ok but the Martian dome was in poor repair. The breakfast was awful but the buffet style tea was pretty good. I think 5 star should mean buffet and this is the only option. Movepick Petra (castle one) had virtually no facility working as pool closed. They didn’t offer the comp taxi to their sister hotel either. Wadi Rum and Petra tourist bits are great but the experience on the hotel side was a let down

We are so glad that you had a great experience with us and you enjoyed the tour, as well as our services. Reference to the hotels, since we depend on third party we understand your comments and we will make sure they receive your recommendation for improvement purposes on their accommodation, venue, and property. Please take note in general the hotels categorized in Jordan are different than international standards.
3-Night Private Jordan Golden Triangle Tour: Petra, Wadi Rum, and Aqaba
Farid_S, Jun 2022
3-Night Private Jordan Golden Triangle Tour: Petra, Wadi Rum, and Aqaba reservation process was easy and went smoothly. Carol Zaid was always pleasantly helpful in resolving all our queries. Firaz our driver and guide was on time to pick us up from the hotel. He was very pleasant, polite, helpful and always gave us the right advice. He was very punctual. He organised the trip conveniently to suit us. Four days we spent with him were the best time. He was like a family to us. I cannot find words to praise him enough. Anas our guide in Petra was again very pleasant and had good humour. He was very knowledgeable. He made the tiring walk very enjoyable. Basil our guide in Wadi Rum was one of the nicest guy we have met. He was so much down to earth. Again very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make the whole 4 hours journey very enjoyable. Overall the whole package was value for money and highly recommended. Our thanks to Zaid Travel and all the staff. Farid Shaikh

Nice people but take tourist is tipping machine
YukYeeCandy_K, Jun 2019
Friendly country but 1st trip Petra we got adviced to tip the guide 20-25 Joran dinar for 2hrs that' £32 and the driver kept telling our to tips everyone & Every lunch or shopping trip took us to the places willing to pay him high commission. In Aquaba the seafood restrutant told us 10 dinars for seafood meal but the bill turn up 17.50 and one of the shopping trips he angrily shouted at us because he tried to get the shop to over charge us which we asked other shopper how much they paid .turn out $10 for 5 items but we got told $10 for 3 etc,,,,a lots more .......
Response from Host, Dec 2019
Thank you for your comments, please note that the tipping is a cultural habit in our region. As for the prices of the restaurants and the shops, our team always advises clients in destination for meals and shops according to preference. Looking forward to have you with us again.
Amazing 4 day, 3 night trip to Jordan!
Spriha_S, Apr 2019
I visited Jordan for 4 days and wanted to get the most out of my trip so I decided to book this private tour. My driver Eyad was fantastic- very professional and gave me a lot of info on places that we drove by and stopped to show my some beautiful photo-worthy locations in Jordan. My first day I was picked up at the airport at Amman and we drove Straight to Petra, spent the day exploring in Petra with a very knowledgeable guide- Ishmail, for the first half of the day, and i spent the rest of the day exploring myself. We went back to see Petra at night under candlelight- one of the most beautiful scenes. Day 2 morning was spent at Petra again as I wanted to do a couple of different hiking routes. In the afternoon we drove to Wadi Rum- the most spectacular place you'll ever see! Spent the night camping with the Bedouins under the stars. For dinner they made the most mouthwatering lamb and chicken cooked underground. Day 3 morning we went for a sunrise 4x4 ride, saw some spectacular scenes and drove around the desert. Experiences I will never forget! After the drive and breakfast at the camp, we drove to Aqaba to our beach side resort in Tala Bay. Day 3 evening and Day 4 was spent relaxing by the beach and i went parasailing. There are other water activities to indulge in such as snorkeling or diving for those who are interested. I was lucky to get amazing weather during my trip. April is definitely the time to go. Day 4 we drove back to Amman. I do want to point out that everything that is not mentioned in the tour listing will end up costing extra- any detours that add miles to the car will cost more (i wanted to drive down the Dead sea highway instead of the Desert highway from Aqaba to Amman but the added distance is added cost), any monuments that are not listed (such as Little Petra) will be additional. Airport pickup was also 20 JD more. Some meals are included, but not all. I went to Petra for 2 days so i also had the pay the 5 JD extra for a 2 day ticket. Overall a wonderful trip as long as you can keep your additional expenses under control since the tour is very expensive to begin with. I am a solo female traveler and this trip offered the safety and security in a country that I'm not familiar with.

My wife and I who are in our mid seventies thoroughly enjoyed our 4-day tour with Hasan our driver. He picked us up directly from the airport and advised us on the best way to include the Dead Sea which is not on the standard intinerary. We looped through Madaba, Mt Nebo and the Dead Sea on our way to Petra. It was a long day but Mt Nebo and the Dead Sea are must sees. We spent 6 hours going through Petra, the first 2 hours with our very informative guide Mohamed, then another 4 hours on our own. We managed the donkey ride and hike up to the lookout above the Monastery. The weather was ideal for walking. Wadi Rum is a beautiful, peaceful place although the lack of electricity meant no hot showers after our day in Petra. We took an evening bus ride and a short glass-bottom boat ride at Aqaba but neither were particularly memorable. All our 3star accommodation was satisfactory, the Golden Tulip at Aqaba being the nicest. We are happy to recommend this tour with the proviso that you include a Dead Sea option. KJH. Amazing tour with an amazing tour guide and driver Amer. Perfect timing. We were able to add in extras like snorkelling in the coral reef in aqaba. Also a knowledgeable tour guide who knows Jordan and jordanian culture who would stop to show us extra things. Would thoroughly recommend. The hotels were all ok except the Petra Palace, run down with poor food options.

This was amazing. This was a private tour so the tour itself was very flexible in what we wanted to do and amendments to our plan. If you are a couple or a small group - we highly recommend the private tour.

Very good. Interesting and well done. Accommodations were comfortable and food was good. I suggest you tell guests in advance what to expect to pay out of pocket in JDs and tips. Also, tell guests that very loud music will be played late into the evening at Bedouin camp so families know what to expect. Thanks for a good tour.
Dommage !
valerie_h, Apr 2023
Response from Host, Apr 2023
So sorry to hear that due to the high demand during your stay, the hotel was not up to your expectations. Please note 3 star hotels in Jordan are usually of less category than international standards. We always recommend clients to book higher hotel option. Despite this fact, we choose the best 3 stars hotels offered in Jordan's infrastructure. The program you booked includes Aqaba and any additional visit not mentioned is paid for as optional tour in destination. Hope this clarifies your concern of overpaying for a program and hotel option you chose and booked directly. Please note all our services are value for money based on the hotel option and program booked. I'm glad the rest of our services were of your satisfaction, as this we have direct control on.
