      Fast and also doing off season was a great time to go as the Acropolis was not too busy and the weather not too hot

      Great tour of the Colosseum Underground!! Definitely a must see! You're not seeing all of the Colosseum if you don't do the Underground. Our tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable (and funny)!! Her name was Fea and she was wonderful!!! Great tour company! Very easy to work with and very easy to find to start tour.
      No QR code on my “Not a Ticket”

      After many times daily trying to download the QR code which was to be emailed. I received a Not A Ticket without a QR code. I had to call customer service to resolve a very simple issue the day of our tour. We figured there would be someone at the acropolis that would help but there was no one. Very frustrating…
      Viator did not send QR code for entrance. Had to call, waited 1 hour for help. Poor service!

      Could not down load the tickets, was not able to use them. Was not clear on process. If this was the first time using your service I would not use it again..

      Do not book Acropolis skip-the-line through Viator. The tour operator and Viator are not recognized by Hellenic Tours who runs all things Acropolis. The directions consistently state that the ticket you receive is a voucher not a ticket. Then the directions state you will be emailed the tickets. I was never emailed the tickets by the tour operator. I clicked on "email tickets" and only got the voucher again. I got screenshots of directions again within the app, that didn't have the QR codes to get in. When I arrived, I had to buy another set of tickets.

      Dear Lindsey, Hellenic Tours is a travel agency and does NOT RUN "all things Acropolis", there is not such a thing, Acropolis is an archeological site managed by the Greek Government from whom we are fully licensed! The tickets were sent to you on the 16th of August you can contact us if you require further proofs (screenshot of the tickets being sent)

      Loved the view from up there! This has been on my bucket list and now I've seen it up close! Easy to get in with advance tickets. Get there early -- it wasn't crowded when we went but there was a lineup all the way down when we were coming down.

      Great way to see the Acropolis without the hassle of standing in line for tickets. Very busy site. We went to the Acropolis at 8:30AM and by the time we were leaving between 10:30-11 there was a long line up for tickets.
      Get the skip the line COMBO ticket - well worth it!

      We purchased ONLY the Skip the Line for Ticket for the Acropolis and Slopes, and the tickets were e-mailed 4 days prior so that we could print them. We didn't think we would have time for the other sites offered in the COMBO ticket. In turned out we did have time, and we paid for each additional site and we wasted time waiting in tickets lines...Get the COMBO skip the line ticket -- a great deal!
