Your cycling adventure starts just steps away from the Acropolis metro station, where you’ll get fitted with your traditional or electric bike and helmet. Then set off with your guide and a small group to pedal along a bike-friendly route past the Acropolis Museum to the National Observatory, where you take a break to walk to the scenic overlook and take in bird’s-eye views of the city.
Continue on to cycle through Thiseio and past the Kerameikos Cemetery and Roman Agora—with a pause to snap a photo—followed by the Cathedral, Plaka neighborhood, and a panoramic point with views over the Acropolis and Parthenon. The final stretch of the biking itinerary takes you past the Presidential Mansion, Panathenaic Stadium, and Zappeion Conference & Exhibition Center, before ending with the Arch of Hadrian and returning to the meeting point.

Sapfo was a great bike tour guide! She knew the area well and was full of detailed information on the history of Athens. The bike tour was the best way to see all the sites and become familiar with the area. The coffee break was fun to hear about others in our group and learn about Athens culture.
Doing the tour early on our trip allowed us to better understand the area and where to visit after the tour. Sapfo provided great additional information on restaurants and other locations to visit as well.
We would recommend this for any couple or families.

Rena was our amazing tour guide! Great way to see the city & the acropolis, and learn along the way! It was the first thing we did in Athens and it was the perfect way to start our trip. We loved Rena and her personality, it felt like we were just out with a group of friends. Booking/check in was smooth, everything felt very safe and we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend this tour and company.

Stephanie was our guide, and she was absolutely fantastic! She guided us safely through various areas of Athens that we never would have known existed. She made the tour fun and friendly. She was professional, knowledgeable, engaging, and helpful. Stephanie gave us lots of history and information about Athens and offered several stops for bathroom and coffee breaks, photo ops, and even an opportunity to watch the changing of the guards at the presidential mansion. We had never been on E-bikes, and now we will return home from this trip interested in purchasing a couple! The added assist made the trip so easy, relaxing, and enjoyable. If you are looking for a fun and interactive way to learn about the city of Athens, don’t hesitate to be an E-Bike tour, and add the Acropolis guided tour to it. You will not regret the decision!

This was a great experience & a good way to get a sense of the city on our first day visiting. Our tour guide was engaged, knowledgable and mindful of safety issues while using the electric bikes. She brought us to see the changing of the guards at the Presidential Residence. Very impressive & we never would have known about it without her guidance.

We had such a fantastic time with Rena. She was so fun and informative. learned so much about Athens. highly recommend doing this bike tour. We also continued on with Sophia for the acropolis tour. she was a wonderful tour guide!! Our group of 8 had a great time.

My family (2 adults + 2 teens) booked the Athens Electric Bike Tour on day 1 morning of our visit to Athens. Maria was our friendly and informative guide, once we got our bikes, we made it to a meeting place just up the street from the tour office and she explained the bikes (our first time with electric bikes) and gave us a good introduction for our tour. We were a bit worried with traffic and bikes when we booked but we managed alright. The group was small (6 + guide) and the electric bikes were a good choice for the hills (my husband and I were so thankful we didn't pick regular bikes or we would be struggling). Maria gave us a good overview of the sites and several picture opportunities as well as tips and quirky information that we would not come across had we not taken the tour. She provided us a followup email with the places we covered and gave us some good recommendations on daytrips within Athens and best gelato near our airbnb (we went everyday!)
