The best part about this tour was Dimitra. Her knowledge of the local area was astounding and took us to some really great places. She was also able to answer questions about local delicacies and gave advice on where we could buy particular foodstuffs. The loukamades were also great!

Catherine was a great guide! She talked a lot about the history of the different foods we were eating which was so cool to learn about. At each stop, she also asked what our preferences would be, if we wanted/didn't want certain foods or if we had anything specific we wanted to try which was so nice! I would definitely recommend, this was so much food and so worth the price!

Delightful experience, delightful guide. We enjoyed quite an array of yummy Greek food, and watched the process of making a cup of Greek coffee. Others on our tour (10 of us total) were good company. Would very much recommend!

Our guide, Eleni, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and fun. The group was a perfect size—it was nice to meet other travelers but not do large that you could get every question answered. We learned about great places to visit in the following days of our trip to eat, but spices, see sites, etc. Ideal entry activity.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and our guide Dorella. The walking pace was comfortable and the food was delicious! I think we all learned a thing or two about Greek. The meeting place was super crowded so we’d recommend a larger sign so folks know exactly where to gather to meet the tour guide.

Tour guide was exceptional. She took us on a 5 hour food extravaganza. From soup to nuts you got to try many interesting Greek foods and visit the meat, seafood and produce markets. I suggest that you skip breakfast, lunch & don’t make dinner reservations because you’ll eat way too much on this tour. It’s an easy walk so unfortunately you won’t burn too many of the calories you’ll add on this tour. I highly recommend this tour early on your visit to Athens because you’ll find some interesting places to go for meals while you’re in Athens.

We had an amazing food tour in Athens with Nicoletta. She made the experience incredible and was so knowledgeable and funny. It was a joy wandering around the city with her as our guide. And make sure you go hungry- the food was incredible and we finished the tour stuffed. I can’t recommend this tour or Nicoletta enough!

An opportunity to taste a wide variety of food. The guides are super knowledgeable and have genuine passion when explaining the food culture of Greece. You won’t need to eat lunch or dinner!

Helen was a great tour guide on the food on foot tour we did. She explained the history of some of the dishes and was very familiar with how they were cooked and what spices were used in Greek food. The pace was on track and didn’t feel rushed at any of the stops. It was a lot of food to taste and was enough food for everyone in the group to try and have more. Our tour had 12 people in it and it was enough for everyone!! I highly recommend it!
