Vasilis was an excellent conversationalist, driver, and guide. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about his job. We really enjoyed seeing the Peloponnese with him, and of course the delicious fresh seafood lunch by the waterfront in Nafplio.

Good way to finish out your Greece vacation!

Excellent way to end our Greece vacation. Pickup at the cruise terminal for a day exploring the Peloponnese. The ruins at Mycenae were awe inspiring and our driver recommended a very fine seafood restaurant in Naupflion, a town I would come back to. Finished our day with a wine tasting in Nemea. Our driver/guide Val was informative and entertaining, and as a former taxi driver in Athens was able to navigate the afternoon traffic with no problem.

Michael is an amazing driver. He gave us a lot of useful information and drove safe and efficiently, giving us time to see everything. He also speaks a very good English and we had an interesting conversation during the trip, which was also amazing. I totally recommend this trip, specially to see the Corinth ruins, with its roman road, and the Epidaurus theater, which is mind blowing.

Fabulous full day tour in Greek history

First of all, shout out to our EXCELLENT tour guide, Dem! He was so knowledgeable and made this tour over the top for us! My husband was in heaven just talking with Dem about Greek history (as he studied this is school). Whether you are a Greek history buff or not, this was a great way to spend a day outside of Athens and immerse yourself in the history of the Peloponnese in Corinth, Mycenae, Nafplio and Epidaurus. We started by stopping at the Corinth Canal for pics and then to visit the Archeological Museum of ancient Corinth. From there we made our way to the archeological sites of Mycenae. Afterwards, we headed to enjoy a wonderful late lunch (we like to call “Linner”) in Nafplio and a little time to walk around and this relaxing seaside town. Lastly, we headed to the ancient theatre of Epidaurus. Amazing they still do events at this massive theatre! At this point, sit back and relax for a couple hour drive back to Athens (or chat up Dem for more Greek history if you’re my hubby). Excellent tour, tour guide and tour company! Just book it!

From the pickup at our hotel to drop off, this was a 5 star tour. Demos was so knowledgeable and kind. We had the best time. We added the Olive Oil tat sting to our tour and highly recommend adding. The beehive at Mycenae was amazing. Corinth Canal, beautiful Nafplio and the acoustics at Epidaurus. Just an all around wonderful tour.

Fantastic trip back in time

If we could give this tour more than five stars, we would, as it ranks among our family’s most memorable experiences during a two-week trip to Greece. Over 12 hours, we took a fascinating trip back into time with stops that highlighted crucial points of Greek and world history. Each location provided a unique take on the region. The tour was a huge hit with our family thanks to the expertise of our driver and guide, Vassili. He was attentive, patient and great company during a day of driving from site to site through the Peloponnese. At each point, he gave us an in-depth preview of the locale with thoughtful perspective on the historical context. Vassili made sure to engage our sons, ages 16 and 11, throughout the tour, making sure they were keeping pace. We can’t recommend this tour enough and would do it again in a heartbeat.
