Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We loved this tour. It was a great way to spend the morning after a night of partying. The music was excellent (and they took requests!) and the tour guide, Bluebonnet Benny was energetic and fun to travel with. We loved the food and drink.

Went for brunch on the #texastwisted tour. Ate and had drinks at 3 different locations. The band on the bus dirty panties were awesome. Our driver Mark was a rockstar. Our host Pimp, PP, aka Pickoola was incredibly enjoyable and a rock star. Must do while in Austin

We had reservations that were cancelled twice via email. When we were asked how we wanted to move forward, we asked for a refund. We were denied a refund. We were told the 2nd email was an error and they would not honor the refund. The customer service is terrible. We were penalized for their mistake. Will not use Viator ever again!!

Please do yourself the favor and book this experience! This was literally the highlight of our trip. The food and drinks were amazing. Our host, Chugg Norris, was absolutely hilarious! And the band was honestly the best live music we heard the entire weekend we were in Austin. I wish they had more shows that weekend because my friends and I would have definitely go wherever they are playing. Again, so much fun! Book it!

My group of 6 women (in our 50s) had an amazing time with Tex our guide, the band and Mark our driver. The band was off the charts fantastic. The food and bevs were a great add on but not the highlight (I finished every bite and drank every drop tho!). Highly recommend and would do this again.

Chuggs was an excellent guide, the band phenomenal, food and drinks stellar. All around great experience and the company is woman owned! Highly recommended this experience. As a party of 6 we had a great time. Bus was a great way to get out of the colder weather and see additional parts of Austin. The band was good as were the food and drinks. Do not forget to BYOB for the bus and in between stops. I would highly recommend this bus tour.
