The bike trip from hell!!

It was not what was portrayed in Viator. We were driven out from the city and the bike tour was approximately 500 yds. It was desolate and a little spooky. My family of 12 had a fun time but only because we had been to a bar before we went. Would not recommend to anyone

Arrived to the location, team running the activity very engaging and friendly. However bike was broken (steering wheel come off and chains missing). Vehicle also in poor condition and not safe. In the end we were stuck under a motorway flyover for 90 minutes waiting for the vehicle to be replaced/fixed. A solution was sought after this time but could not carry on as needed to leave to attend dinner booking. Refund expected please.

The customer didn't show on time. We have been waiting more than 30 min at the meeting point, we have contacted by phone with no answer. We apologise but you was sharing your tour with more people and they can't wait more.

Had a great time. The only reason why it didn't get 5 stars was because the picture of it being in the city is very misleading. It is actually on an excluded dirt road area. It would have been more fun on city grounds. They need to update their picture to show how it is really ran.
Beer bike disappointment

Pick up was great as well as the people. Photos show bike in town and through streets. Was on dusty sand road in middle of no where. Bike did not work well either.

The service provider by ViaTour was great when making the booking and the actual experience was a great laugh for the whole group. However, there were several issues that arose on the day which dampened the mood... we booked in for 18:00 and the bus didn't arrive until 18:20 and claimed that we were booked in for 18:30 despite have the correct paperwork for 18:00 start. The overview information also doesn't tell you that it is a 15 minute drive along a dual carriageway to a quiet concrete area rather than a busy/lively area by the beach meeting point. In all it was great fun, but not what is sold in the package info.

Nos la pasamos super bien, el conductor muy simpatico y tambien ayudo mucho que el otro grupo con el que compartiamos estaban muy animados, super organizacion para la recogida Lo unico que nos hubiese gustado de mas es que la musica la proporcionaran ya ellos con una playlist, ya que nosotros debiamos escoger cancion por cancion conectando nuestro telefono

Veranstalter kamen viel zu spät. Das ganze findet ausserdem ausserhalb in der Pampa statt. Auf den Werbefotos könnte man meinen, es sei in der Stadt. Man fährt aber auf einem Feldweg zwischen Gebüschen usw.

Je suis perplexe sur l’activité, je peu pas vous dire si c’était bien ou pas. Dans la pub on vous promet un tour de Barcelone et nous nous sommes retrouver à 20 minutes de route de Barcelone en direction de l’aéroport, entre l’autoroute et sous un pont dans un chemin de terre à pédaler 25 mètres et faire le retour, bien sûr en évitant les flaques et les branches d’arbres. Les mecs qui gèrent le bizness ont été très sympathiques, heureusement. D’où les 3 étoiles. Sinon c’était 1 étoiles
