What To Expect

Greet your guide in central Barcelona and climb aboard your 2-wheeled electric bicycle. Don your helmet and after listening to a short safety briefing, set off at a leisurely pace around the city. Gain insight in the local legends and historical heritage of Barcelona as you wind your way around the streets; cruise through the city center towards Montjuic Hill then board a smooth and sleek cable car for aerial vistas of the Catalan capital.

Return to your bike then pedal to the Olympic Ring, an impressive sprawl of buildings used to host the 1992 Olympics. Then descend the vertiginous hill to a nearby port to board an eco-friendly boat for a cruise. Revitalize with on-board refreshments (own expense) and marvel at the innovative structures that line the waterfront.

Next, venture to some of Gaudi’s modernist masterpieces with your knowledgeable guide and see them from outside.

Tour canceled & no refund

I showed up for the tour and was informed at that moment it was canceled. I did not receive an email about the cancellation nor a call. They then rescheduled for the next day, but I was not able to make it that time. I requested a refund, which I still haven’t received. Very unprofessional.

Great views but the biking on the streets is a little crazy

A little crazy biking through busy streets but it felt safe and the destinations were great. Loved that we bikes up Mount Juic and took the cable cab to the very top. The boat ride is separate from the tour and badicllau just gives you a ticket you can use in the next 24 hours on a different company's boat tours. I'd do this again in Barcelona.

It was a good way to see mostly what I had seen when walking around the night before. The trip up the hill and the cable car were wasted of time unless you want to see an industrial port from above. The guide was great but I assume she has no control over the itinerary.

Highly recommend this tour. Our guide Catia was amazing. She was thorough, cautious and very well informed. This is one of the best way to see off the beaten path sites in Barcelona. The E-bikes are very easy to handle and lots of fun. Perfect day in Barcelona!

First time on an E-bike, so easy ride! I was apprehensive at first about riding round a city but cycle lanes all about so felt safe. Our tour leader was very helpful and knowledgeable and stopped often to point out places and to make sure everyone was ok. The ride up to Montjuïc cable car was a breeze on the bikes and amazing views of the city from the top. Boat ride was good too and nice to see Barcelona from a different angle. Great value for money, highly recommend.

Had a fantastic time, Katya the guide was very friendly & helpful. We really enjoyed this tour around Barcelona & would recommend. I was with my husband & 16 year old son who also said they loved it. There was 12 of us which seemed a good size. Bikes were easy to ride & went at leisurely pace. There was an additional guide at the back to make sure that everyone was ok. Enjoyed the breaks for the cable car ride & given plenty of time to get a drink if wanted to. The boat trip was a nice way to end the tour. We did at the start of our holiday to get our bearings around the city which was a great way to do this.

Great way to experience Barcelona from a different point of view. Cycling gives the opportunity to see more in a short period of time and also to see what is feels like to get around a big city. The e-bike makes it as hard or as easy as you like, which is a great thing when going up a very large 'mountain'. We also enjoyed the cable car and the cruise as they both provide different view points of the city. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable.

It wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. Our goal was to get a semi-private tour of Barcelona via e-bike as well as a cable car tour and a boat trip. First, we got an email that we needed to be early (arrive at 9:15am for a 9:30 sharp start) or risk "missing the tour". We complied, but several members of the group did not and arrived late. It didn't get started until 10am. The maximum group was stated to 12; the group was 15. It really was too big of a group. The route was all uphill and not terribly scenic. One view over the city was nice, but the rest of it, including a long unexplained stop by a loud construction site wasn't remarkable. The cable car ride and the boat tour were fine, but unremarkable in terms of what we saw. The guide didn't add much to the tour. It wasn't a bad day, but the tour could be made better if they added some food/water breaks, if the guide engaged with the participants a bit more, and if the route we biked was more scenic and less in traffic. I reached out to the tour operator and the company did give me a small refund for the large group experience, which was nice on their part. Again overall, an average experience.

Fun Way to See Barcelona

A great way to see Barcelona. The bikes were very easy to pedal even up the steepest hills with the power assist. Our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. They were also very accommodating. Our plans changed at the last minute and they allowed us to attend the tour a day earlier. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great tour and E bicycles were the best decision for steep Montjuic. Fun gondola ride and cruise. Wonderful bonus on a Saturday watching Catalan human Castle building by 2 neighborhood teams! Enjoyed hearing about the Olympic flame while at the site!

What a great way to see the city. Marcos was a great guide. There are so many points of interest. Only downside was that the group of 12 was too big. Hard to get through the park and all the people on the street, together. We had some that had issues with their bikes and it was hard to be helping them and trying to keep up. The tour itself is well worth it. The climb I up the mountain was beautiful. Gondola ride was good. The boat ride was good (little cold has it got a bit cloudy - but the ride itself was cool). Highly recommend this tour but would like it to be a smaller group.
