Overview

Explore the wild scenery of Spain’s Costa Brava—and enjoy a fun-filled, active day on the water—on this full-day trip from Barcelona. Meet at the Arc de Triomf, and head up the coast to the kayak center. Following an introduction, grab your kayak and gear and hit the water. You’ll explore coves and caves; will have free time for swimming and snorkeling; will eat a picnic lunch on the beach; and more.

Meet at Arc de Triomf 20 minutes before. Walk south, down the big pedestrian street away from the Arc, count 5 of the big decorative lamp posts as you walk, then turn right down the stairs (after the 5th lamp post), to the Plaza on the other side of the road. We leave the meeting point at 10am sharp

Tim was the most personable tour guide I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He genuinely cares about his group and our safety. I needed a mental break from life and it was absolutely achieved with Tim’s excursion. He was very open minded and fun. I was by myself and my Guide Tim was great and made me feel very comfortable. He was filled with fun information and kept you engaged the whole time! Even with it being a colder than normal day it was amazing. I definitely hope to be back in a little warmer season. I don’t speak Spanish and that was not an issue at all! Just amazing!!! Do it!

We were lucky enough to get great weather on the last day of the season. Me and my wife had a great time. We haven't kayaked much but it was easy padding and snorkeling up the beautiful coast. The host was really enthusiastic and entertaining. Tim looked after the group well and was very inclusive. Encourage everyone to interact and it made the trip really pleasant. Equipment and lunch were 👍 good. One of the highlights of our holiday.

What a wonderful day!!! Tim and Ola are great. Not only are they great kayaking guides, they also are very knowledgeable about all the natural wonders of the gorgeous Brava Coast. They have engaging personalities, although very different. Ola was extremely helpful and compassionate when I, being "mature", had difficulty getting back in the kayak after snorkeling. His kindness was greatly appreciated. The bus was great, the lunch simple but delicious and hanging out at the bar afterwards was a blast. This trip is well worth it.

Amazing Kayak and Snorkel Tour

We absolutely loved the kayak, snorkel tour. Tim was an amazing guide and had an awesome sense of humor he also takes care to any and all special needs. As well we had Oscar on the kayak tour and he was hilarious and an amazing guide. He will do whatever it takes to make sure your are doing good and not taking the adventure too seriously. One of the best guides I’ve had and experiences I’ve had. I am glad I got to get out of the city and see what the beautiful costa brava has to offer! Highly recommend.

Music on the bus was nice, our Guid Luc was very nice and patient and helpful. The kayaking swimming and snorkelling part of the trip is great. You go to a small village in costa brave called S’Agaro, the beach is nice but there aren't showers to wash the salt and the numbers of beds and umbrellas to rent is very limited (they were all taken). After the 3 hours of kayaking there can't much to so in the village. You finish around 3:30 so even the reaturnts are changing shifts and don't accept you. The activity level for this trip is moderate to high and for lunch you will climb on some rocks to have the meal on the rocks.

It's high season so we have many to choose from so we're not sure what happened there 🙃 We also have the beach, beach volleyball, two sections of a stunning coastal walk, access to jet skies, a bannah boat, sailing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, and a lot of options for swimming, or just laying on the beach 😊 although a lot of people get stuck in the beach bar.. 🍺 we hope you can come again sometime and it was a super fun day on the water with great vibes from the group! Hope you had a blast in Barcelona and keep on kayaking! ❤️😎🌊🤙

Anton was an amazing guide! She was helpful, funny, skilled, and encouraging even when the waves were picking up! It was so well organized, group sizes were perfect, and the experience was a great variety of activities. It was an incredible value for the money! This was such a fun experience!! It was a fun way to see the beautiful coastline. Loved the cliff jumping and snorkeling too. Be ready for a good workout! Our guide Lluc was amazing.

Our guide, Luke, was incredible! He was knowledgeable and very good at teaching us how to kayak since we'd never done it before. The excursion was beautiful, lunch was great, and the cliff jumping especially fun. Great way to spend a day in Costa Brava!! Thanks to Ola also who met us at the meeting point and was super fun.

Tim’s travel playlist was divine! I heard so much great new music and it was relaxing. The water was very clear and the staff at the beach were very nice. Ola and Tim were great tour guides, patient and fun.

Was really a great experience! First time kayaking and snorkelling with my family. Tim and Oscar were great! Very hands on and gave all the support we need like umbrella when Tim saw that we were hiding from the sun he gave us an umbrella which shows that he really cares about his travellers. Oscar had long patience as we struggled in kayaking as first timers and we never saw him tired of us he kept on guiding and cheering us. All in all everything is amazing esp the place ❤️ 100% recommendable!

Wonderful first experience kayaking

The trip started out very organized and on a good note with Ola as our guide. The bud to Costa Brava was clean and comfortable. Ola was very nice and made an effort to get to know each person individually during the day. His humor made it even better! The day included a tasty sandwich for lunch and about 3 hours of kayaking/swimming and 3 hours of free time to explore the area on your own. I would recommend this to trip to anyone! Ola was awesome!

This tour was amazing! We were bussed to S’Agaro beach and was beautiful. It took about an hour and a half and the ride was comfortable. We were all split up into 3 different groups and given the option to start off kayaking or going at a later time. It was my first time kayaking and Tim, 1 out of 2 instructors, was thorough in his instruction before getting into The water and practicing maneuvering as soon as we got in. We started off kayaking around the coast line, saw beautiful views of the rock, got into the water to snorkel a bit, got to take some photos with the instructor’s GoPro, visit a cave, and given the option to “cliff” jump, where a video was taken of us. Tim took pics throughout our time in the water as well. We headed back and ate a free lunch of a sandwich and an apple at the bar. They give you a vegetarian option if wanted, but the bar also has food and drinks. You then have 3 hours to relax on the beach, and explore the surrounding area before heading back to Barcelona. We got back about 7:45pm. I woke up next morning and had all photos and videos in my email. This tour was exceptional and so were the instructors. Highly recommend!

Tim was a fun free spirited, fun and smart guide! As well he was attentive and vigilant about everyone's safety and needs. The trip was well planned out, organized, and seamless. IT WAS FANTASTIC! such a fun excursion with lots of laughs and good times. It is very challenging so beware if you aren’t an experienced Kayaker. Overall, it was so worth it and the views were beyond incredible.
