What To Expect

Depart from a central Barcelona, and relax during a scenic journey toward Baga in a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan. Marvel at the majestic perimeter of rocky peaks in the Cadi-Moixero National Park as you arrive in Baga. Tour the village and it's medieval church and square, before enjoying you some free time to explore alone.

Traverse the French border on route to your next stop, the charming ancient spa town of Ax-Les-Thermes. After your guide recommends some of the best natural fountains to visit and soak your feet in, indulge in some free time to enjoy the healing waters and browse the local artisan shops.

Next, meet back at the bus to head toward Andorra. Travel through the beautiful Pyrenees Alps and cross the Pas de la Casa, a high-mountain pass with multiple photo opportunities.

Descend into Andorra, stopping at a typical mountain valley where you get a glimpse of stone huts dotting the mountainside, a Roman church, and embark on a short hike to experience the landscape.

From here, continue on to Andorra de la Vella, Andorra's charming capital. Explore the city and indulge in some duty-free shopping before climbing aboard the minivan for the return trip to Barcelona.

Your tour concludes with drop-off back at the departure point.

It was a really wonderful tour! Our tour guide Steven was great! He was originally from Ireland. He was a wealth of information. He was also quite funny! It was just a way to spend the day. The weather was beautiful. My husband and I could not have enjoyed it more. It is a very long day and a lot of riding in the bus but well worth it. Best of all the scenery is stunning

This trip will give you a good flavor for the countries and help you decide if you want to invest in a longer tour. The day was rushed, exactly as advertised, yet excellent at the same time. And yes I want to go back! Cam was a great guide.
Best tour guide and driver ever.

Sergio was the best tour guide. He was always attentive and seemed to know, before we even asked, that we needed something or had a question. He was extremely thorough and thoughtful and appeared to be relaxed and comfortable with everyone. Would definitely do another tour with him. Also, Pedro was an excellent driver. It snowed on our trip but i always felt that Pedro was in total control.
You'll be happy

It was great. I just didn’t dress properly because it was so cold up north, so I didn’t get to enjoy France and Andorra, but the experience was great
Great experience

Very good experience. Wish French town had a little more to offer but overall the trip is worth it. Our guide Marc was extremely knowledgeable and helpful every stop of the way.

Response from Host, Apr 2024
Hello, This is an absolute lie. I am sorry to be so blunt, but it is just not fair when a customer says something so blatantly false. This customer left the group to go back to their hotel due to some kind of medical issue. We waited for them, and eventually had to leave as we have a very tight schedule, and it is not fair to all the other people that they have their day cut short. Leaving just 5-10 minutes late means we hit horrible rush hour traffic and it has a huge impact on the whole day. Despite this, we waited for as long as we could, and even left late. We absolutely did not leave early. I think it is so unfair to give is One-Star review, which effects our ratings, just because they missed the tour. Regards, Robert
Great trip

We had a great time on the 3 countries tour. The Spain stop was nice. The France stop could use some arranging with a restaurant that 2 groups of 20 people were coming for a limited time to eat .Our tour in Galway did that and it worked great. We scrambled to eat at a bakery with everyone on the bus helping each other find a place to eat. Andorra was worth the trip. Beautiful views. It snowed on us but we didn’t mind.
3 Countries in 1 Day
Lilimae_L, Apr 2024
This tour gave me a taste of 3 different countries in 1 day where the Pyrinees mountains lie between. Alex was a great guide who gave us enough time to enjoy and savor each country. Highly recommended esp for those who just need a quick sampling of 3 countries.
Unique locations, Fabulous Tour

Great addition to a Barcelona trip
KARL_T, Apr 2024
We were curious to visit Andorra during a honeymoon trip to Barcelona but wanted to return the same day. We investigated other options including a public bus, but we liked the fact that this tour gave us the chance to visit mountain towns in France and Spain. While the stops were relatively brief, we had time to grab an espresso before seeing a few ancient sites in Bagá, and we had time for a relaxed lunch with a glass of wine in Ax-les-Thermes. We had enough time in Andorra to walk around the capital and see a couple parks by the riverside briefly and grab a coffee and pastry from a cafe by the mall. We read some reviews in which people complained about time in the bus. To be clear, this is a long day with a long time seated. But having never seen the Pyrenees before, I felt that the breathtaking views were worth it, even seeing things from the bus. With a couple comfort stops at gas stations along the way, we felt the time in the bus was manageable. If you have done and enjoy scenic road trips, this is probably a good bet for you. Mark was an awesome guide, and we felt that this one day trip added great variety to our vacation in Barcelona.

Good tour guide. Bad experience in Andorra. Long day ! Lunch in France was good. A lot of traffic coming back to Barcelona.
Many great sights in a day!

The sights and villages were amazingly beautiful. Not enough time to shop in Andorra, but it was nice anyway. Great time! Our guide was very knowledgeable and was the best!
THREE countries in ONE day!
blueskies1856, Apr 2024
I think most folks want to say (& hopefully get their passport stamped) that they've been to Andorra. A small non-EU country in Europe. When we came thru on the French side they wouldn't stamp our passport (coming into Andorra). The little man was extremely nasty & wouldn't even hear of stamping our passports. However, leaving Andorra we did get an Andorran stamp on our passport, coming onto the Spanish side. We also stopped at the Andorran sign where we entered Andorra. We made a number of stops for photo ops throughout the day, plus our three main stops: one in each country we visited, Spain, France & Andorra. The main stops were beautiful with great photo ops, shops & eateries, so don't just think of Andorra! Could we have stayed longer in each stop? Yes, but it's already a 12+ hour journey, with lots of driving through gorgeous scenery in a very comfortable bus. Read up on the times & locations for the tour. Stephen, our guide, was exceptionally knowledgable & had a wonderful sense of humor. Dress comfortably, wear good walking shoes & bring a jacket. Lunch is not provided, but who wants to pack a lunch when you can eat at a French bistro (or in Andorra)? Btw, I had a hip replacement 4 months ago & could do this tour. Some stairs, cobblestones & up & down, but it was doable. It's worth it!
Great experience!

The scenery was beautiful - the stops appropriately placed and of the right length. Berta, our guide, was knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend this excursion!
