Children must be accompanied by an adult

Must be 4-years-of-age or older to zip
Guests not zipping but accompanied by 2 or more paying zippers may access the garden and waterfalls for free
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals

Zipping requires closed-toe shoes
Not recommended for pregnant women or people with back or neck problems.
Involves a small amount of walking on uneven surfaces
Weight limits: minimum 35 lbs; maximum 275 lbs
Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This zipline was amazing! I’ve never ziplined before and the guides were so helpful and fun. You don’t have to do a thing. They hook and unhook you and you just get to enjoy the beautiful scenery and ride. This is a must do if you’re visiting the island!! We had ages 12-70 and everyone enjoyed it!

This was our best zip-line experience so far. Their longest zipline is 627 meters long (>2000ft). On their longest course (9 lines) 4 lines are double meaning you can zip in pair. This was important for me as I was recording my daughter that was on the ride with me. Crew was great.

Amazing experience, kids ranked it #1 out of all things we did during our vacation. Best guides and gorgeous location. Zipping over waterfalls and lush farmland with a backdrop of Pacific was something else. I also liked how the guides helped little kids if they got stuck and didn’t make it to the very end of the zip line. We zipped in other locations and there you had to pull yourself to the platform, but these guys came and got you.

This part of the trip was beyond leaving me speechless. Going above the tropical part of the big island and being able to see everything cannot compare. We went with an 8 year old and 11 year old. The staff was so friendly to them and made them feel comfortable. For surely an enjoyable experience.

Zip lining over the waterfalls was absolutely amazing. The whole staff was friendly and made you feel safe and comfortable. It was my first time and I was nervous. But one of the guys who worked there, Mai Tai (his nickname) was the best! He was fun and explained things. He double checked everything and put me right at ease! Thank you Mai Tai!! I highly recommend this if you’re visiting the Big Island! It was gorgeous, fun and I’ll never forget it!
