    Check in location for Hokulani is at 8:15am at Keauhou Bay located at the end of Kaleiopapa Street continuing past the boat ramps. You may park on Kaleiopapa Street. Hoku Nui is a 50 ft Catamaran with a blue sail bag. The boat departs Keauhou Bay at 1pm. Contact 808-322-2500.

Everything was done well. Captain and crew were great. Boat is beautiful (the nicest head I’ve ever seen on such a boat). Food was great and plentiful. Crew made sure we all stayed fed and hydrated. Few gave us background on Hawaiian legends and history. We had our own gear, but the onboard gear looked clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this company.

Fun day at and in the sea!

Fun and knowledgeable crew. Great to be out on the water on a cat. The sanctuary was amazing. Honestly, I'd rather have spent the entire time there, and skip the first snorkel spot. We were graced with spinner dolphins, gorgeous weather. And the crew caught an Ohno. Very cool to watch.

Great snorkel tour

Great crew, really nice boat, nice snorkel locations, and all around fun time. We have used a couple other snorkel companies and what I like about this one is they take a smaller amount of people which is nice. Plenty of snacks/food and beverages. The crew was very attentive, made sure everyone was safe and having fun. Definitely recommend.

Superb crew! I don’t remember names but the woman who did natural and cultural history on the trip was spectacular. The boat is almost new and pristine. The snorkel equipment is new and properly cleaned. Captain’s two snorkel stop itinerary allows a quieter part before Captain Cook site. Everything was really fantastic.

This was a great experience. The boat was beautiful! The staff was fantastic. They took us to two really great snorkeling spots. We were lucky to see a manta ray snorkeling and several tropical fish. We saw many whales and we even got to catch whales breaching the water. It was incredible. The staff spent time explaining Hawaiian culture and the significance of the sites we visited. It was smaller tour with an intimate setting which we loved. They had simple breakfast, lunch, snacks and a bar to purchase drinks. They provided all the snorkeling gear and even helped to supply sunscreen. It was an amazing experience I will highly recommend it to anyone and will return to this excursion.

Amazing Day Boating and Snorkeling

I could not more highly recommend this snorkeling tour. The crew provided great service throughout the trip, telling stories about the area/wildlife, giving us time to see watch nearby whales and dolphins on the ride over, providing drinks/food, etc. The boat itself was a beautiful catamaran, with a net area to sit in the front that put you just above the water, where you could see dolphins from just feet away. The snorkeling site itself was pristine, with tons of fish. Plenty of time was given at both sites.

The crew was amazing!! Knowledgeable, fun, helpful, and made everything go smoothly! The boat was spacious, comfortable, and had great bathrooms. Continental breakfast and lunch were yummy and snorkeling at the reef was amazing!!

Everything about this voyage was amazing really. The catamaran was quite new and very clean, the crew were really helpful and friendly, breakfast was yummy snd lunch was amazing. But most of all the snorkelling was a wonderful experience discovering undersea canyons and an abundance of marine life on two occasions. It was my first time snorkelling and I can’t wait to do it again. For a kiwi, visiting the captain cook memorial was also very poignant, the only small thing was that the captain promised more of a talk on Cook on our return home and that didn’t happen. We wished that we had also booked out manta ray trip through this company. But you don’t know what you don’t know, thanks so much for a memorable experience.

The whole fam loved this tour! Firstly, the boat is BRAND NEW and it is NOT CROWDED at all. It’s absolutely gorgeous!! I enjoyed the fact that each of the crew members PERSONALIZED the TOUR with their unscripted stories of Hawaii, deep knowledge of the Hawaiian history, melodious chanting, and safe navigation of the rugged coastline. A variety of SALTY AND SWEET SNACKS paired perfectly with a DELI-STYLE LUNCH (including pickles and my favorite jalapeño chips) to accommodate even the most pickiest of eaters. A SNORKELING MASK, and FLIPPERS were provided and FREE SUNSCREEN was available to all. SeaParadise knows who to spoil their guests!!

We really enjoyed this excursion. The crew was awesome, the catamaran was clean, and the food & drinks were tasty. The gear was sterilized and in great condition. If you’re not a strong swimmer they’ll give you a noodle to float on which makes it very relaxing. The crew turn into lifeguards at each site (they’re in the water) so safety is a high priority for them. The snorkeling was unbelievable….so many fish in the clear refreshing Hawaiian waters!! This is a must-do on the Big Island!!!
