What To Expect

Head to Honokohau Harbor in the morning and check in at the Hawaii Nautical dock. Climb aboard this luxurious cruising vessel, complete with private changing areas, fresh-water showers, and in-cabin restrooms, as you set off to experience the magic of coastal area near Kona.

Depending on the day’s conditions and guest request, your vessel will head for one of several top-notch snorkeling spots. You might get to enjoy the swim-throughs, caves, and arches of Pawai Bay, or head to Makalawena, a secluded area that’s typically only reachable by boat or rugged off-road vehicle. Each guest will have access to an inflatable snorkel vest, gear, and even prescription masks to maximize the fun.

When you’ve had your fill of snorkeling step back on board your yacht to enjoy an included lunch. Choose between a picnic lunch and special Japanese “Bento-style” meal options, washing it down with unlimited refreshments. Make sure to keep your eyes on the water as you eat, as you may be able to observe marine life like turtles, dolphins, and sometimes even whales, swimming nearby. At the end of your fabulous day at sea you’ll return back to the harbor where you started the trip.

Captain Ian and Liz made our day on the boat so special. Ian has a warm, friendly demeanor and he absolutely makes you feel welcome and special the moment you arrive. He has a 'smiling face' and that is never bad. We saw whales, whales and more whales. Baby whales with mama whales. Liz was just as excited to see them (which made my day) and she explained the mating habits and migration patterns. Of course, we also saw dolphins. We snorkeled in Fish Bowl and Liz made sure we were safe, had proper equipment, and also would dive down 20 to 30 feet to bring up beautiful things from the bottom of the sea. She went the extra mile to show us a great time. We loved swimming in the ocean with her. The food was very good and we enjoyed it so much after working up our appetites. We had the boat to ourselves and I can't wait to do this again.

Perfect day! Brooke and Liz cannot be beat as seawomen. They are seasoned sailors and managed the catamaran beautifully. We went to a quiet cove with a plethora of fish. We had plenty of time to soak up the sun and coincidentally saw an active pod of dolphins too! An experience not to be missed. Well worth the money. I highly, highly, highly recommend this very professional company and their employees, who all provide first rate service!

From the moment we left the harbor we came across a group of resting dolphins then on to snorkeling the shoreline exploring an underwater cave. The whole trip was incredible. Our Captain Kirk and Liz were amazing. Sadly not enough breeze to actually sail but the No Wiki is a beautiful boat. We will definitely go again

Beautiful boat, excellent snorkeling, and lovely sail, delicious lunch and all the drinks one wanted, plus outstanding service from Captain John and First Mate Shawn. Only four guests aboard. Six is the maximum. Truly luxurious. My wife and I highly recommend this tour, especially if you want to go first class. Nothing else like it on the Big Island.

This is an amazing luxury catamaran with a great crew. We ended up being the only two guests on board and felt like royalty. We have taken many other snorkel excursions on a variety of boats and this is by far our favorite. Captain John and Sean were engaging and made the trip a fun time. Lots of food and drinks available for our enjoyment. We will definitely do this again and recommend it highly to others. Oh...and they even baked us some fresh chocolate chips cookies right there on the boat!

We had an amazing time on this beautiful boat. The captain and crew were great, the snorkeling fun and the food good and plenty of it. If you want to get away from your big mass market snorkel trips, this is definitely the way to go. My husband and I were the only guests, and it was great.
