Disappointing

We used Viator for transport from Bologna airport to Ravenna. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived, but he walked ahead of us at a brisk pace and did not offer to help with our luggage. We only had one roller bag each, but are older travelers and would have appreciated help. Moreover, it was an ordinary, small taxi and was way overpriced. We have arranged for transport back to Bologna in a very nice car for half the price.

Cost us $130 extra due to needing a larger size vehicle to accommodate our luggage. Was very efficient and got us tonour destination quickly. They were already waiting for us when we finally got off the plane and got our luggage. We would definitely use them again but beware of the extra cost on the end for larger car.

Very Disappointing

What a joke! They sent a beat up taxi with seat belts that didn’t work. The driver had no clue where we were going & I had to Google map it. Very disappointing. Bait & Switch. I’ll never use Viator again & would highly NOT recommend.
