    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

    Saba is an excellent guide. She showed us houses that were interesting for historical reasons, houses that were in some way very unusual, houses that were once owned by famous people (and some which are currently owned by famous people). We had an excellent time. This is a tour for persons who like history, houses and archictecture.

    Saba was an outstanding guide. She knows all the nooks and crannies of the Beacon Hill neighborhood and is excited to share them with you. There were some folks that had to cancel so it ended up being just her and I. She was more than willing to customize the tour and include more opportunities for her to take pictures of me in notable spots all around the neighborhood.

    The tour was very personalized. Not only did we learn some history about Beacon Street, but we learned so much useful information about taking pictures! My husband loved it because he knows nothing about photography and learned how to take great pics!

    Loved this tour! Saba clearly knows the area very well be gives really good tips on how to get good, interesting photos. I would have booked additional tours with her if they lined up with my schedule (and weren’t already sold out)! Beacon hill is a treasure trove for photos! Saba also had really good historical inputs that were very interesting. I cannot recommend enough, to try to do this tour in the week leading up to hallowe’en for a really unique experience. I have never seen such elaborate halloween and beautiful autumn decorations in such abundance. You could barely go Kors than a house without seeing a display. It was a really added treat. The fallen leaves and autumn colours also really added to the photos. If I get an opportunity to return to Boston, I will definitely book one of Saba’s other tours or even take this one again in a different season.

    History well explained by host. This tour should have been a 2-hour tour. It would have been great if a visit into one of those buildings was possible.

    Thank you for your review, Hari. I'm glad you enjoyed the commentary of Beacon Hill on the 90-minute walking tour. I hope you captured pictures that you are pleased with. Beacon Hill is a 19th century historic neighborhood where there are homes with beautiful architectural details along the scenic streets we visited. The private homes are not open to the public. The PhotoWalks Architectural Landmarks Scenic Tour is 2-hours with interesting historical commentary and photo tips. We do spend time inside the impressive Boston Public Library as well as walking in the residential area with French-inspired architecture. Perhaps that tour might suit your interests.
