An amazing intimate experience

We ended up having the cooking class to ourselves and it was so intimate and welcoming. The chef had us in her home and made snacks and juice for us. I have a lot of allergies and was determined to not explore the different Strudel options. I'm glad we were convinced to do a savory and a sweet Strudel. It was soooo much food! The whole process felt very rewarding. I'd definitely recommend for anyone who wants to try something new and unique.

The strudel class was excellent. Everyone was involved. The teacher was engaging. Prior to arriving she let us choose two types of strudel from 4 options to make. She provided very clear and instructions on where to go and had a great kitchen set up for the class. The strudel we made was delicious along with the drinks and snacks she provided as well. I would take any cooking class with her again.
Fun, informative and meaningful if like me you have a Hungarian grandma who used to make strudel.

I was surprised by how much the dough could stretch! I loved the chef’s attention to detail and how she walked us through each step and why. The class was focused yet relaxed. The snacks and strudel were to die for! I appreciate all the tips for local cuisine!

Very interactive, informative, and fun! We arrived about 10 minutes late because Uber doesn’t exist in Budapest but our host was still very accepting! The location was easy to find and get to. The atmosphere was welcoming and light-hearted. We were very happy with the experience.

Marti’s class was excellent! I signed up for her strudel class with my mother on our last day in Budapest and it was wonderful. Marti is very welcoming in her lovely home and she is an excellent instructor. She was a gracious host and provided us insight to Hungarian cuisine. We had such a good time with her!

We had a wonderful experience. Marti welcomed us into her gorgeous kitchen and taught us how to make strudel the way her mother makes it. She had wine and drinks as well as some food to snack on as we waited for the strudel to bake. What we really loved was just talking to her about the culture and how she grew up. Her stories were so interesting and we just kept asking to hear more. We would definitely recommend this excursion. Thanks Marti!!!

We had a blast making delicious strudels! Marta was so sweet and very knowledgeable and her kitchen was beautiful. She even sliced up some veggies and bread and spreads for us to snack on while we waited for the strudels to bake. And the wine, palinka, and homemade sodas were awesome too.
