Half Day Tour of Buenos Aires

If you are looking for a competitively priced brief highlights tour to give you a flavour of the city this would be the tour. Its only 3 hours and takes you to some of they key places in the city. Sandra was and excellent tour guide very knowledgeable and full of energy and laughter which was really nice and she gives you a lot of advise and insight about BA and Argentinians in general. Really enjoyed the tour Pick up was on time and every thing ran well.

We liked the tour. Good introduction to the city. Sofia was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour is not semi private, there was about 12 people in the mini bus. Everything was on time and smooth.

We greatly enjoyed our city tour with Laura! She was energetic and fun. Good balance of historic sites and pop culture -- i.e. futbol!!! We made new friends on the tour who were going to be on our cruise starting two days later. Good tour, Viator!

From the start it was great-a three hour van and walking tour so inexpensive but high quality. I texted when boat arrived to get the meeting location. They responded immediately. They were waiting early and grabbed us as we walked out gate of dock compound. Guide Florencina gave so much interesting information and I especially loved that she shared a balanced diet of history, beauty and reality in the tour. The tour covers the main “must sees” in center city and a big variety of neighborhoods of all kinds to give you a feel for this LARGE city in microcosm

First time visiting Argentina. City tour of Buenos Aires is a must and the right start to get to know this wonderful country and immerse in its rich cultural life. We enjoyed the tour. It was well organized, the van driver Angel had a very good sense of humour and made us laugh. Sightseeing Buenos Aires was a great experience especially when you have such a passionate tour guide as Barbara (Barbie). Highly recommended tour!!!

We took this with Hernan. He was an outstanding guide; he is knowledgeable, personable and has an excellent command of English. If you can be on one of his tours- do so. The trip is what you'd expect from a 1/2 day tour of a city with 13 million people; it was a scratch of the surface, but Hernan's knowledge of the areas, buildings and history brought the details to life.

A fabulous Tour of Buenos Aires with Carolina and Diego!

Our Semi Private City Tour of Buenos Aires today was fabulous! Our guide, Carolina and driver, Diego were a great team and showed us all the best sites of Buenos Aires! Her knowledge base was very broad and comprehensive and we walked away knowing so much about B/A! Carolina herded our small group of 13 with finesse and grace, and kept us captivated for 4+ hours. She not only knew the most important sights of B/A but also the history and backstory of each sight. This tour is highly recommended and a great value!

Great tour, it's really a fundamental overview of the city. I'd recommend taking it as soon as you get to Bs As. One star deducted for the tour guide; while knowledgeable and generally pleasant, she seemed more interested in finding and greeting her fellow guides than she was of personalizing the tour for the group. She even talked to the bus driver while going point to point instead of engaging the participants.

I was amazed that the tour van came directly to the apartment where I was staying! Super convenient! The entire trip was well thought out, with even a break for the bathroom and a drink! Leandro was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide. I would highly recommend this tour to get a foundation for exploring more of Buenos Aires.

Franco was very knowledgeable & a great guide. In only a few hours , we were able to see nice sampling of Buenos Aires The company sent us the exact time that we’d be picked up from the hotel & they were there on time. The mini bus was very nice & comfortable for our small group of 14.

If you're looking for a general overview of the areas of Buenos Aires and its history, this is a great option. We did this tour on our first day in Buenos Aires. It helped us to get oriented, learn a bit about Argentina and Buenos Aires, and to decide where we wanted to spend our time for the rest of our stay in the city. Great guide (Romina, I believe), very professional, friendly and informative.

In half a day the most interesting points are shown. The highlight for us was La Boca. Well explaind, but the tour in 3 different lagnguages was sometimes not easy to understand. A bit more holds for photos or "slow driving" at this places could help.

The tour was good, especially our guide, Veronica, was made sure the group stayed together and provided in-depth information regarding the sites we visited. We missed going into the Cementerio de la Recoleta as we arrived late because of the delayed hotel pickup (30 min late). Since we only had that one day, we didn’t have another chance at going to the site. Also, towards the end we felt a bit rushed.
