This was one of the highlights of our time in Egypt. We had the best guide and the day was perfect. Seeing the Pyramids and Sphinx is one of those surreal things. My kids loved riding the camels and the musueam was amazing. The falafel lunch was chefs kiss!

Michelle was my guide and very knowledgeable about things. He also was helpful taking pictures of me and was fun jumping into a few selfies. He really shined in the museum pointing out little known facts and managing time. My driver was Mohammed. Both were very friendly and accommodating. Because I was on the tour solo, things were more flexible than usual and I was somewhat able to customize my tour, spending more time on the things I was interested in doing and less on the things I wasn’t.

Our tour guide, Hani, was a delight! His knowledge was incredible and his personality was fun and infectious. We learned so much while having such a good time. We can’t imagine taking a tour without him as our guide! Transportation was easy and we were taken care of in every way! We would highly recommend Hani and this tour group!

Bittersweet experience Operator needs to do better for the tourist.

This trip was something I dreamed about for years. I had a bittersweet experience with this tour. Being there was something I dreamed about and I was so disappointed that the guide rushed us out of the pyramids complex just to make enough time to take us to some weird back street oils shop, a papyrus shop and another shop where we spent half of the time of the whole tour. Naturally, we made some purchases at these shops and felt ok about it at the time. After the tour ended, we learned that everything we were sold was extremely overpriced, so overpriced it felt insulting to have been taken advantage so disgustingly. I bought a $70 USD oil that can be purchased for $10USD in the center of Cairo at a regular tourist shop. I paid $60USD for two papyrus that can be purchased for $15USD in the center of Cairo. We paid for an experience at the pyramids, not for a scoundrel’s shop to rip us off. I also came to find out that I could have done this same tour for my family of 5 for half the cost. Now, I’m not mad about paying for this tour, thankfully we can afford it, and I understand people need to make money, but come on! One thing is to make money, another one is ripping people off.

Dear Our Value customer, thanks for your review, please let us Clarify the following: as you were very happy with the service, we offer that why you asked to arrange you Luxor Trip as well and you were very with the service and the Price we offers. you asked to arrange you just a Transporation to take you back to the Pyramids again but was very short notice last day you asked to arrange you a van to take you to the Pyramids to have a breakfast then drop you off at the airport for the final departure. If you were not happy with our services and Prices how you were in contact with us until last day to arrange all services. - Regarding the shopping we contacted you to refund your money back, but you still didn't agree. As explained before as the shops are Licensed so you can send back what you get and they can refund your money back but you don't want to send it back. Kind Regards

Our day with Mohamed was perfect, from start to end! We were picked up on time from our hotel in a comfortable and spacious van. From there we learnt about ancient Egypt at the museum. Mohamed was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions in a fun and engaging way. We also learnt about the ancient art of making Papyrus paper. The lunch of traditional koshery and falafel were delicious and exactly what we needed before heading to the Pyramids and Sphinx of Giza. Mohamed helped us find the best locations for pictures and taught us facts about the Pyramids. Mohamed also assisted us in finding a vendor with a camel to take more pictures!! We were so grateful for this private tour and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo.

Couldn’t recommend this enough. Ebrahim was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I had a safe and fun time. He was very focused on making sure I was happy and comfortable and he kept away all the vendors at the pyramids which was very nice. Aside from Ebrahim the tour was amazing itself. Saw all the main attractions in Cairo as well as some local activities. Definitely recommend doing this tour!

Our tour guide Ibrahim was amazing!! He let us know from the beginning everything he planned to show us and checked with us after every stage to make sure we were having a great time. He taught us far more than I expected. His English was perfect. We had local food that was very good. I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide Simon was very personable, knowledgeable, and adept at getting us to the best locations. She was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly filling in additional information wherever helpful. Transit from our hotel to the pyramids, back to the Egyptian Museum, lunch downtown, then back to our hotel went without a hitch. Simon and Deluxe Tours delivered as promised.

This was such a wonderful experience especially made by my local guide Ebrahim. He was extremely knowledgeable and funny. He made every effort to help create great memories for me. The lunch at a local restaurant specialising only in Koshry(sp?) was the icing on the cake, delicious! I will have to find a recipe to make at home. Thank you for the memories!!
