This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a service abroad. This experience ruined our 9 hour stay in Cairo Egypt. All of the actual tours started before we landed in Cairo so we opted to you a transfer service and selected this one because it clearly stated in the description that the driver can show you around. I chatted with Jhuncy Lou for about 30 minutes and confirmed all the details. I explained to her that we were only looking to be picked up from the airport, shown around to different places in Cairo and returned to the airport. She said she checked with the tour operator and what we were looking to do is ok. She even added a notation to the booking to describe what we discussed as well. Immediately after confirming the booking I received a text from heshammichael1@yahoo.com asking if we needed a tour and it would be an extra $50 (mind you a taxi is only $1-$3 US and I had already paid $98 for the car service) . Please see the photos for discussion. Not only did he hassle me for an additional $50 which could only be paid in cash, the drivers car was old and beat up. The driver who at first appeared to be helpful at first didn't take us anywhere we asked to go. He tried to only take us places to people he knew so that we could buy overpriced goods from them. We only asked to go to the market, to see some mosques and eat some local cuisines. We did none of that at all. By the time he finished taking us too the people he wanted us to buy goods off of, and we were about to head to the market he said it would be closing. Then the tour operator who emailed me started calling the driver and harassing us about paying the $50 before the trip was even over. He even got into a verbal altercation with with my fiancé because we refused to pay before being returned to the airport and the driver pulled over as if he was going to kick us out the car if we didn't pay right then and there. At which point we felt our safety was at risk so we immediately demanded to be taken to the airport and ended our tour an hour early. It felt like a total scam and will be requesting a refund.

thank you for the review ,as any next tourists interest to have this is so clear round airprot trnasfer , no idea about who you talk with thats not us , you asked for city tour , you know you will pay 50 usd ( 25 per person)which was fair price , driver took you to nile river , to pyramids , have tens of photos , shawara and Flafel sandwitch , so when we asked you for 50 usd , you pretend you dont have cash then by credit then get machine then no i will pay cash , then no i will pay at airprot etc, brother smile , life is short , no need to do all of that, we already report that to website

Flawless comfortable airport transfer

My driver met me right at the door. Easy to find him with my name on his sign. Car was comfortable and spotless and clean. Driver was excellent. I felt safe with him. Very good driving and cautious. He started the trip with a prayer for my safety which I truly appreciated.

No one turned up to provide my Cairo Transfer

Noone met me. Flight was supposed to be monitored. I had a wheelchair assistant with me who contacted the company. Company told me to wait. I waited and noone showed up. Was forced to take an airport cab. Will never trust this company or Viator again. I booked a return transfer and cancelled the return. Now iator has informed me that I am not entitled to refund of the return transfer also. Viator has become very unrepeatable. Do not deal with them. I will review both the company and Viator in Tfrip Advisor.

thats absolute not fair of you , you booked 1 pm , your flight arrived 12 pm , you went out 12:30 pm , my driver had arrived 1 pm as you request on time , you left, what I can do for you, you have to respect your reservation and someone wait for you at 1 pm as you request , you booked airport transfer only not meet and assist , we mention so clear driver will wait for you outside arrival hall , driver was there from 1 pm tهll 2:30 pm we had sent you 5 email and 10 call and 10 message in whatsapp ,you booked other , so we are respectufl and honor your booking and we are on time , we are happy too to provide you return trasnfer although you insult us but Viator is respectful comapny and we are ready to provide driver 9:30am on 27th as you request ,be on time not before your time and blame other , be fair and honest .

The driver, Islam, was very friendly and courteous. Upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel doors were locked, and Islam took the extra step of calling the hotel front office for me to ask someone to come down and open the door. The drivers are always on time and will text you about half hour early to let you know they are arriving. Today my driver was Eslam. He took the shortest route to the airport and I was there in no time. He was professional and polite. It's a good feeling not having to worry about hailing a taxi and then wondering if they are taking the "scenic route" to your destination.

The driver (Moaz) never came to collect us for our departure. He said he would pick us up at 08:00am for our flight at 10:40am (he said that's enough time). He messaged at 07:27am saying he was on his way, we waited in lobby from 7:50am and he still wasn't there by 08:35am (over an hour after say he was on his way). I then spoke to the concierge at the hotel who informed me it was a 40minute drive to the airport, therefore I had to arrange replacement transfer otherwise I would have missed my flight. I made the flight with minutes to spare given all of the airport security. I would not recommend this company to provide airport transfer services, they have not even been in touch to apologise or to offer a refund for their failures.

thank you for feedback, you already got the first transfe with no isseu , you never mention that, second one there was 15 min delay because someone politicl was going and polcie traffic close it for 15 min ,driver was very close, i dont know why you didnt contact us, once driver arrived you said no we had gone, be fair , thank you ,i already contact you and apologize for 15min , enjoy rest of your vacation

Ahmed was our driver for our airport transfers (both ways) and was very good. Communication was very efficient through Whatsapp and he was waiting for us outside the terminal on arrival, and was also at our hotel at the agreed time on our day of departure. Ahmed drove very carefully and his car was clean and spacious enough for 3 adults with small luggage. I would highly recommend this service for airport transfers in Cairo.

Transfer company did not monitor my flight, did not give time for us to purchase visas, go through immigration then wait for our luggage. Driver left me and my 2 daughters STRANDED at Cairo airport at 3:00am!!! NOT SAFE!!! I WANT A REFUND!!!
