Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We really enjoyed the tour and our guide was amazing, however we paid $70 for our photos and didnt received them. We were told they would send the photos within 40 minutes, but it has been a month and we haven’t received any. I contacted them to ask if maybe something went wrong, but I got no response. We would really appreciate if we still got our photos :)

I paid for our pictures from this putting and still haven’t received nothing and this was Friday 6-17-22

The store where you buy the photo package follows the following process, you pay for the package and they share via air drop all the photos, so if you paid for them you will receive them immediately. This was my first time driving a ATV so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was a little nervous but our guide was extremely patient and courteous. It was everything I hoped it would be. It was raining for about the first 10 minutes of our ride but that made it even more fun! My boyfriend has driven a ATV several times and he enjoyed it as well. I would without a doubt do it again!
