    Awesome team with Flash, Joe, Cine & Charlie - they made our visit a great experience. All three of the cenotes were absolutely beautiful and the safety equipment for weak or no swimmers were of a good standard. The tequila tasting rounded off the day. Pick up and drop off all on time. Thank you Extreme Adventures for an unforgettable experience.

    Great tour, loved it, super fun. Good guides Ebo and Pato. Shame it was so short. Also strange that you have to pay in dollars at the restaurant instead of MXP

    Everyone in our group loved going to see 3 cenotes, the tequila tasting and Ebo, Mario & Luigi. They taught us about the cenotes, kept the music going and made sure we all had a great time. I can’t say enough about Ebo and his team! I highly recommend this excursion!

    Such a fun fun time! Our tour guys Flash & Emanuel were funny and made the excursion that much better. Charlie Brown the photographer was great too! He got some fantastic photos of our group.

    Had a great time on the tour. They picked up up at the hotel, our tour guide was Melvin, and the photographer was Mario. They took us to three Cenotes and we had a great time zip lining/diving/swimming in them. Super refreshing and fun experience. The best thing was that it was only a half day (9am-3pm door to door), so we had energy to do other things afterwards. Remember to bring a towel so you are not wet during the car ride between Cenotes though!

    The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because our tour guides were good and the cenotes were beautiful. This review is not a reflection of them at all. What I have an issue with is the tequila tasting and sales. 1. If you end up buying the tequila you miss out on a chuck of the time for the 2nd cenote because of the purchasing process. 2. Upon getting back to Cancun and speaking to 2 different locals who work in the field it’s a scam. You can purchase the same tequila in Cancun it’s just different packaging and more expensive. 3. They sell you the tequila in the middle of the tour and send you back without adequate packaging no bubble wrap, paper or boxing to protect the bottles all while driving you down bumpy roads being slammed around. In my case the put 2 bottles in 1 bag so I shoved my wet towel in between them to try and help keep them safe. At some point the top corner of the bottle ended up cracked. Unfortunately I got all the way back to my hotel before I realized it. Even more unfortunate was the fact it wasn’t til I laid it on the bed at the hotel and it spilled all over the white comforter. I contacted them to express my disappointment with their procedures and try to get a refund or a replacement but 5 days later and no response. So I guess all I can do is chalk it up as a loss and make sure I warn people on here and every other possible site I can find to review Extreme Adventures Cancun and warn people not to make the same mistake I did. 4. The time l was told for travel was also incorrect. I was told 20-30 mins from my hotel to the location. It was an 75-90 min travel time. The last Cenote was in a public area (The first 2 are on their private property). You would be better to find a local guide to take you to a local Cenote and save the rip off sales tactics of this place. Not only is the tequila tasting a rip off there is a lot of pushy sales things throughout.

    This was a great day trip pick up prompt at 8:40 I was back by 3 to hotel it’s about an hour away. Staff friendly. I have some great photos. I would go again

    This tour was great. A small hike to the Three different places to swim.. area is clean, relax, and great atmosphere. Tequila tasting is better than the other brands.

    Mona Lisa was our tour guide and he was so sweet and nice. We were on our honeymoon and he made sure to make us feel special and comfortable. We did the shuttle to facility and then were shuttled to 3 different areas with beautiful sinkholes. Was definitely worth the money. And we felt very safe the entire time. Thank you Mona Lisa for being so kind and thoughtful.

    Swimming in the cenotes was an amazing experience. They are so beautiful and peaceful, well, at least some of them. Our tour guide, Andres, did a fantastic job where we did not feel rushed and able to enjoy the cenotes. My wedding band slipped off while swimming, and Andres jumped to action and was able to retrieve it from the bottom of the cenotes. The only part that soured the experience was the hard sell at the beginning for the water shoes and mosquito repellent. No mention was made prior that these were needed. My suggestion if going is to wear water sandals (needed but not necessary). There weren’t any mosquitoes.

    We had great time beautiful Cenotes and Henry was a great tour guide. Bit of a drive but worth it. The only thing that might be a negative is the music is always so loud, but not bad enough to take away from the experience
