Unfortunately, this can lead to congestion as numerous vehicles make their way up the hill, compounded by instances of illegal parking, which can impede traffic flow. Regrettably, on the day you joined us, we encountered significant delays, with the bus moving only 200 meters in 20 minutes. In such situations, drivers often advise customers to disembark and continue the journey on foot. We apologize if this option wasn't adequately communicated to you.
According to our tracking records, the bus arrived at the drop-off point at 7:10 pm, with customers asked to return by 7:45 pm. While we acknowledge that this timeframe may not have provided the ideal amount of time for enjoying Signal Hill, it certainly exceeds the mere 30 seconds you mentioned. Our departure from Signal Hill occurred at 7:54 pm.
